I accidentally ordered two children's wooden vegetable cutting sets when I only wanted one, but realised only after payment was taken. I explained my mistake in an email. The company immediately amended my order and arranged appropriate refund. They took action immediately and with friendly personal contact. These days, that's exceptional customer service.

Amazing customer service from Nicola!
I ordered a few products on the scandiborn website which arrived with some small problems (one of the items had snapped and some others were flimsy). Customer service (Nicola) was so quick to reply to me and solved the problem right away by organising a replacement. The best customer service I’ve ever had from a company, thanks so much! :)

Brilliant customer service.
I ordered a product on their website from one of their premium brands, when it arrived with parts missing. Customer service (Charlotte) was so efficient in replying and sorted the problem straight away even when the brand supplier wasn’t helpful! Thanks so much.

Interesting products, great customer service
The baby toys looked really great and when I had omitted the delivery address while purchasing, customer service was easy to access (response to order confirmation email) and they resolved things within 5 minutes.

We bought a train set for one of our grandchildren for Christmas. One piece was broken (likely in transit).
The customer service team were extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement part which arrived promptly.

Excellent customer service. Received items really quickly and were packaged well. I had a problem with a couple of items that were faulty and I had a reply to my email within minutes and new items were despatched straight away. Amazing!

I ordered various items for Christmas…
I ordered various items for Christmas and was truly delighted with everything.
Our grand daughter has played consistently with everything I purchased from you.
Unfortunately one item was missing from the box.
I emailed customer services and Nicola replied to me within 24 Hours. A new item was despatched immediately and received the following day.
An excellent service and excellent quality of goods.

After being a little hesitant at first about using Scandiborn. I can now say after purchasing from them on two separate occasions and the handling of receiving a damaged item in our first order, that I am extremely impressed with their customer service. They responded quickly, with relevant information and were very helpful in resolving the issue when we received a damaged item. We will 100% being purchasing from them again in the future. Lovely products & excellent customer service
I ordered a Little Green Company kitchen for my little boy as a Christmas present. Upon assembling on Christmas Eve, I found that one of the parts had been manufactured wrong. Nicola dealt with the issue quickly, offering a partial refund or a new part. As the kitchen was already built, we opted for the partial refund. This was paid back immediately. Nicola was brilliant to deal with, quick and polite. We will not hesitate to use Scandiborn again, lovely products and brilliant customer service.
