Here’s a short review you can use:
Mike from Scala was absolutely fantastic. He fixed two of my websites that had a strange malware issue with a very short wait time and went above and beyond to get everything sorted. The service was far better than any other hosting company I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend Mike and the team at Scala.

Ivan made sure to fix my issue. He even helped me with a third party email issue that continued to dull my experience with my Scalahosting work email.
can't ask for more,
Thank you

Scala Hosting is a great hosting experience for me. Whenever I have a problem, I always get quick help any time of the day or night with a real person through the chat. I really like that they have real people that answer and not robot AI that can't understand my needs like with other companies. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I got an instant reply, and Mike was able to solve my problem and even solve another issue that I wasn't even aware of.

If I have a problem with my VPS server, there's always a real human right there, available to help via chat. My issues are rare but always quickly resolved. If the chat person can't help right away, they escalate to a higher technical level and it's always sorted super fast. Can't say anything negative about this company. They are wonderful and the best hosting company I've used in decades.

ScalaHosting has been a great fit for our small business. In particular, when we've needed support it has always been prompt, professional, and actually helpful!

Dimitar is a Star! He understood the issue I was having and helped me resolve it. I appreciate his patience. Thank you for making sure everything worked on my end before ending the chat. I was thrilled to get this resolved on a Sunday.

It might sound like an exaggeration, but I can't thank the incredibly professional, friendly, and warm experts at Scalahosting enough. Even today, I was assisted by Ivan, a Scalahosting expert, and I'm simply delighted that I chose Scalahosting. Even when there's a challenge with installed WordPress or Peepso components, they don't leave me in the lurch. There's always a helpful and, above all, completely satisfactory suggestion. All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. For me, you at Scalahosting are the best and largest providers on the entire ISP market.

I've been with Scalahosting for a year now, and I couldn't be happier. Their sales department answered all the questions I initially had, and they didn't make me feel pressured (a rarity in this day and age). Their tech support helped me migrate my site, quickly and efficiently, and it's never experienced downtime. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend them. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I switched from Rochen to Scalahosting and I found it to be a great experience. Cost-effective plans, modern tools (eg: spanel), and amazing support! What else can you ask for!

I’ve used a lot of hosting providers over the years, but Scala Hosting has honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve had.
Their support team is easily 5-star. Every time I’ve needed help or had a question, they reply incredibly fast and actually take the time to properly resolve the issue instead of giving generic responses.
I currently use their Cloud VPS hosting for my website, and the performance has been seriously impressive.
They have much more powerful CPUs than most hosting providers out there, and at a better price point.
One of the biggest things I like about Scala is the truly dedicated resources.
They offer a real 1:1 CPU core ratio, meaning you get the full CPU core dedicated to your account instead of sharing it with other users like many VPS providers do.
Because of that, you never run into the usual “noisy neighbour” problems where someone else’s server activity slows your websites down.
What’s interesting is that even though Scala calls this “Cloud VPS Hosting,” what you’re really getting is closer to a VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) rather than a traditional VPS.
There’s a big difference and distinctive advantage
A VDS gives you properly isolated dedicated resources, which makes the performance far more stable and powerful. - And that's exactly what you get with scala.
To give you an idea, I’ve run hosting accounts with Scala's servers with just 1 CPU core and 2GB RAM comfortably handling 10+ high-traffic websites without slowing down.
With many other providers, that setup would struggle badly — but Scala handles it with ease.
Another feature I really like is the flexibility inside their SPanel hosting control panel.
You can actually decide how much CPU power gets allocated to different websites and sub-accounts on your server, which is something very few hosting companies offer.
Overall, Scala Hosting has become my number one choice for hosting.
Great support, powerful infrastructure, true dedicated resources, and excellent value for money.
Personally, since using Scala Hosting, I don't think ill ever host anywhere else - The performance absolutly trumps over other cloud hosting providers like Cloudways.
Speaking of Cloudways, they actually charge you an extra fee to secure your server with thier security package. However, Scala's in house security package is totally free. I've never been hacked.
I can only say, if you in the market for a new hosting provider, look no further than Scala Hosting.

Tony was prompt, friendly and remembered me from prior help he gave me.
He does not treat me as if I know nothing. He is quick and thorough at the same time. His knowledge is great for the systems.

Incredible customer service. Very responsive, communicative, intelligent and capable. They get things taken care of quickly and easily. WAY better than the hosting service I have been using for the past two decades. So glad I switched to ScalaHosting... I wish I had done it years ago.

Honestly, ScalaHosting is the best hosting choice I’ve made in a long time. Their SPanel is super clean and so much better than paying for cPanel. Servers are incredibly fast, apps load instantly, and everything runs smoothly.
What I love most is their live chat support. Every time I hit a technical snag, they respond in under 2 minutes and actually fix the problem right away. Highly recommend them if you want premium managed VPS without the insane price tag!

I had a really positive experience with Mike. He was incredibly patient with me from start to finish, taking the time to fully understand my situation without rushing the process. He listened carefully, addressed all of my concerns, and made sure I felt supported throughout.
What stood out most was how efficiently he handled everything—he quickly created a ticket for my issue and kept things moving smoothly. His combination of patience and speed made the whole experience stress-free and reassuring.
I truly appreciate his professionalism and helpful attitude. Thanks again, Mike!

I run a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Maryland who serve abused and neglected children. We’ve been on a dedicated server with InMotion Hosting for over a decade, running Joomla with YOOtheme Pro. InMotion used to be one of the best companies around. I stress used to be. Their support and service has seemed to decline over time and I sort of just dealt with and tolerated it. At this point, I was already looking at changing host and and at some point, I came across Scala. I was seriously looking at them already.
So, two nights ago, we had a MySQL issue that brought our entire server down late at night. Our monitor notified me immediately. After looking at it, I soon reached out to InMotion for help and while it seemed that the front line wanted to help, this was above their skill level and it had to be escalated.
Problem is their higher-level support seems to operate separately from front-line staff, and when I checked in for updates I was told I just had to wait for them to contact me. Hours went by with no movement.
After waiting all night and into yesterday morning, I reached out to ScalaHosting with a few questions about making the switch. This was well outside normal business hours. Alexander T. from the sales team responded within minutes. Not a canned reply — he actually listened to what was happening, was genuinely empathetic about the situation, answered every question thoroughly, and made me feel welcome rather than pressured. It really was within actual minutes of when I sent a message.
That first interaction told me a lot about the kind of company Scala is.
After the sale, Nikola K. (L2 Technical Support), Valentin P. (L3 Technical Support), and Tony N. (Technical Support) were right on it. They understood the urgency of our situation and worked diligently to get us migrated and up and running. When there were a couple of small hiccups, they corrected them immediately.
And throughout the entire process, Gabriella R. (Onboarding Manager) checked in with me multiple times just to see how things were going — not because there was a problem, just because she seemed to actually care.
Here’s what really put it in perspective for me: by the time InMotion even had someone start investigating our issue, Scala had already completed our migration and had us live on their servers. That’s not an exaggeration. The difference was night and day.
I’m not someone who writes reviews often, but this experience deserved one. The level of responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine care from every person I interacted with at Scala is something I haven’t experienced from a just about any company in years. It was refreshing in a way that almost seems unheard of these days.
Day 1 down. Looking forward to a long run here.
