Previously good now full of ads and totally useless.
You have to watch a pathetic little video before you can get anywhere near looking for a number and there's a completely stupid system of cookies, you can't just reject them all at once so have to do it one by one. Total waste of time.
Then it couldn't even find a number for Nationwide, biggest building society in UK.
I'll not be using it again.
Use chatgpt instead, it can find anything.

I am one person who runs the site, I set it up over 25 years ago and continue to maintain it myself. The adverts and the short video you see help towards the running costs so the service can remain free for everyone. I did consider offering a paid, no-ads version in the past, but decided that would exclude too many people. I am sorry the cookies and the video felt frustrating, that was never the intention, and I will keep looking for ways to make those steps quicker and less intrusive.
Regarding Nationwide, a quick search I did for "Nationwide" brought up over 800 results. I am sorry you could not find the one you needed, and I would be glad to help track it down if you let me know which specific number or department you were after.
