Not fit for purpose
I bought an embroidered bag in January for a holiday I was taking in May. The bag was lovely and sat in my spare room as I awaited eagerly awaited my holiday. Sadly, during my holiday after only a week of fairly light use, the zip failed. I contacted the seller who basically said the period for returns/ refunds was 14 days so I wasn’t entitled to anything and basically implied I was at fault because they hadn’t had any other issues with zips. I genuinely had not abused the bag nor overfilled it. In any case 14 days is not very long for a potential problem to manifest itself, particularly when an item may not be in use every day. They also knew I was outside the 100 day period where you can leave a review on Etsy, so I am guessing they simply thought I wouldn’t be able to post a review.
Very disappointed.
