No Protection for buyers. Customer service will side with the sellers even though you provided reviews. You will not get refunded. I got scammed with about $300 worth
of products that I couldn’t return because I was buying and donating them to charity and churches.

Love this site,it’s simple and easy wish they had a link to Amazon feature so it’s accessible easily. There used to be a lot of seller on here around last year with tons of products now there are barley any it’s really sad as it was a really good website I hope they can improve it

This site has a lot of scammers be aware!

Was sceptical at first after reading the reviews here, but so far have received a refund on all my 9 products (ranging from £60 to £15). Always wise, though, to keep the packaging in case no refund and need to return back to Amazon.

Out of the 8 items I have purchased on the site to review, I only ever got refunded for 2 of them and was left to return the other 6 for a refund from Amazon. Most of the sellers are scamming people, and you have zero way of knowing who is real and who is fake prior to purchasing an item.

Right now this is the best site out there for reliable products. I have reviewed many and received refunds for all, no issues.
The website needs an update as it is confusing and not intuitive at all. The pop up is annoying. The notification system also needs updating as sellers message me and I don’t receive an email, I have to go searching everytime I login.

Found the product I wanted, requested it to the seller, bought it (the one the seller specified), reviewed it a few days later, and received the refund via paypal (plus fees) a bit after that.

I haven't had any issues when obtaining products from this site. Overall a good experience.

Mostly good experience but there are scammers on savesoo also. the site Admin/customer support does not protect reviewers. an agent waited until after return window to respond to me only to use coronavirus as an excuse. Use with caution!

It's just a scam. Sellers will ask you to buy their product, wait a period of time, write a review, and then tell you "you bought from the wrong seller."

At the beginning everything went well but after a while I got cheated so many times by different seller. There are too much scammer on the site! The customer service won't help you and there are no consequences for the scammer! So you can't be safe.

So my first few transactions were great. I got the refund but after getting items for a couple weeks they closed my account. For no reason! I just got an email saying that my account was limited and when I spoke with somebody from customer service on the website they told me that my account has been banned but couldn't tell me why. I had bought several items and ended up having to return them because they were not going to give me a refund for them. Sellers on this website and the website itself cannot be trusted
