Absolute pain amount of calls
Absolute pain amount of phone calls. Thought was using sun life not an agent. Agent Guft card 6mths quote when checked is less than Sun life who's gift card was 3months. Plus this company still trying to get me to top up again. Don't understand budget quite forceful.

I can confirm that the gift card is provided directly by SunLife, so you’ll receive the same amount and on the same terms as if you had taken the policy with them directly.
Regarding the number of phone calls, I can see that we attempted to contact you five times after your purchase to make sure everything was okay. We’ve since reduced this to a maximum of three attempts for future customers.
I’ve passed your comments to our Compliance and Customer Service teams, who will reach out to you by email to help resolve this to your satisfaction.
Actually listed to everything I wanted
I asked several companies to email chat with me. I was bombarded with calls. This was the only one to actually email chat to me. They listened, gave me options for me to make my own choice and it was all very smooth. I made a call to them to complete the transaction when I was ready.
