I've never used savapoint before, but I am now glad I did. Not only did my product code arrived via email quickly and fast, the price is also outstanding.

I will highly recommend savapoint.

Saverpoint took my money for a product they obviously knew was not available and are now rattling on about a refund that may take 14 working days. Totally unacceptable. Horrible attitude. They seem to think they have a right to borrow my money!!
Disgraceful. Have reported to Trading Standards. Mis-selling - advertising products that do not exist.

Took my money. Took so long to deliver the product I tried to cancel the order. They still delivered it. I sent it back but they claim never to have received the retuen so won't give me my money back.

ordered 1xdiscrete cd/dvd storage case from these people on the 1/4/11 order id 12717/010411/88

never received it just told to call
emailed and emailed to no avail just ignored
took my money, no refund, were only talking a of few quid but
this is day light robbery. how dare savapoint just ignore me

I ordered Norton Antivirus (3 PC version) on 10/01/12 with a 3-5 day delivery time. After two weeks of no reply to emails i called and was rudely informed that it it had just come in and would be dispatched the following day. I asked to cancel the order and the man said 'so you want me to get out of my chair and walk to the warehouse just to cancel your order’ the order finally arrived on 28/01/12 and they have sent a version for a single PC.
Save yourself time and money by not using this unprofessional and unorganised website. I will never use them again

After several attempts at telephoning, eventually contact was made.
I was told the item was out of stock apparently at the time the order was made and they claimed that an e mail was sent to me even though I have received several e mails since that time and have never in several years had a problem receiving e mails from that account.

They stated they were unable to make a refund because of a problem with Paypal and I would have to raise a dispute with Paypal before a refund could be made. When I said I would arrange a chargeback on my credit card they did not want me to do this. Magically, I contacted Visa and received a Paypal refund.

Moral – (1) Just because software is listed available on Savapoint’s website this does not mean it is available but payment will be taken anayway & (2) if you have a problem with a refund on your credit/debit card simply contact your credit/debit card company and raise a dispute.

Awful, their free gifts are tacky and in many circumstances don't work.
