Member credits versus what it is paying doesn’t make sense most of the time. If a credit is valued at a certain amount how does it cost 2 members credits etc.
It deters me from shopping or continuing member credits despite being excited about the double points etc .

Absolutley horrendus company, never order from here!
The sizing is completely wrong, I tripple measured and cross-checked the sizing and it still was too small. My friend did the same and she got a too big size.
The not so visible 59 dollar monthly fee is also a nice surprise. You get it automatically when you place an order, and it really is in fine-writing that you will get billed monthly after buying one thing.
And the costumer support is beyond sucking. The fact that I'm logged into EU/UK site doesn't change that the support is in North America, and also that they won't notice that before they have left you hanging on for hours, and then say "I'm sorry your in a different continent, try this page" and the page they link won't even work!! And also, since I've had to contact then multiple times about the return, they also tend to just leave the chat randomly and you'll have to restart the whole process with another person :)))))
I also tried to return my order, since nothing fit me, and upon doing so I started a return process on monday (when I got my order), went to continue the process on tuesday and behold - the return window has closed!
Beyond angry and chocked at this terrible f-ing company and I don't recommend anyone to ever order from here!

Happy repeat customer
The terms of my subscription are always clearly outline and I am always reminded of them. I have never had an issue with the website, even on my phone, which is quite old. These are reasons why I am a repeat customer.
