I joined the subscription in 2020
I joined the subscription in 2020, yes I have purchased during this time and even have some lovely sets.
I have skipped mths on the basis of not seeing anything I liked at the time or simply not in my budget for that mth.
When you have a query I find it impossible and long waiting times to get through to someone.
I have a lot of credits, and will never use them.
so I thought I could maybe get some money back, considering I have 9 credits, there could be some sort of way of getting a couple back. Not expecting them all back. Partly being my fault not skipping.
I never write reviews but I would really advise against joining the subscription unless you are able to remember to skip or you are on the site quite regularly.
I will not be using or recommending this site. When mentioned I was deeply satisfied, they suggested to write a complaint to the support email, my email was undelivered as their mailbox was full, so must have a lot of complaints. I have spent too much time out of my day now trying to get some sort of clarity.
Won’t be using this company again.

Billing system can't math the math
There is a huge issue with their billing system. It doesn't calculate the price payable correctly and tried to overcharge me. Customer service eventually resolved my issue manually. But this took a ridiculous amount of time on the phone and over WhatsApp. I have raised a formal complaint for investigation. I also missed out on an item I wanted for a birthday present as it went out of stock during the time it took them to fix my issue. An hour on the phone and over 2 hours on a WhatsApp chat.
My advice... Total up your purchase based on the discounted price you see on the individual items you placed in your basket. Beware of e.g. 3 for £42 bundles not being discounted correctly. And as I said, total up before you press the place place order button.

The subscription model is clever
The subscription model is clever. From a business point of view, it’s done very well.
But the cancellation process is unacceptable.
I had to ask seven times, in one chat, over four days just to get my membership cancelled. Each response felt like another delay, another push to stay subscribed, another scripted attempt to avoid actually processing the cancellation.
At some point it stops feeling like customer service and starts feeling deliberately obstructive. It feels less like customer service and more like they’re trying to wear you down until you give up.
When someone clearly says they want to cancel, that should be respected, not met with tactics that feel manipulative and unnecessary.
A strong brand shouldn’t need to rely on making it difficult for customers to leave. That experience alone was terrible.
For some people, that kind of drawn out back and forth can genuinely add stress and unnecessary anxiety.

Looking at Rhianna's range in a newspaper. So checked out the site, and thought I'd try some of the lovely bra's.
The range was so extensive, I could have looked for hours.

THIS IS A SCAM AIMED AT MINORS. My daughter bought 1 item from this company, and at checkout clicked the Terms & Conditions box (without reading the Ts and Cs - who does?). By 'agreeing' to the Ts&Cs she was unwittingly signing up to membership at a monthly charge of GBP 49.95. I am currently engaged in a frank discussion with the company to try and recover my daughter's money. Be wary of unscrupulous scammers like this selling attractive items to minors but once they have your card details they take monthly payments claiming you signed up to their 'membership'

Bare in mind that this company was fined for 1.2 million few years ago for breaching consumer rights and they are still doing the same. They stole my bank details from my paypal account and signed me up for a membership for nearly £50 per month when I never provided them any bank details. I have been trying to get a refund for this for over a month now but the whole company is useless and designed to steal from you and to be as clueless and useless as possible
