Great service, cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Hamid and his team, sorted out my issues on a Skoda Superb 2015.
Cost was a lot less than I had already been quoted.

I’d contacted SNS after buying an approved polo which hadn’t had sensors or a camera added from the factory. The team were quick to respond to any questions from my first contact and kept me up to date with comms throughout. The installer turned up on time and worked constantly to get carry out both the sensors and camera installations - despite me regularly interrupting to ask if he wanted tea/coffee. The installation went without any issues and worked perfectly.

sent my infotainment unit for testing to see if it was worth repairing but was beyond economic repair and paid postage for return, unit was returned with screw and button cushion missing, poorly reassembled,

Had a brilliant experience using SNS.
Audi stopped supporting Google earth. The option of integrating Android Auto is the best,if not better than the original setup. First class service. Especially James who advised me through the whole process.

Back in February I had my VW T6 satnav/media system fixed with a new digitiser and all the software upgrades. Since then other electrical gremlins have been fixed by other companies and at some point between the original repair and a few weeks ago the satellite and DAB reception failed. I hadn't noticed because I generally use Android Auto to listen to Spotify and use Google maps for navigation. I called Satnav Systems on the basis that the unit thought it was somewhere nearer to them than to me. I got a call back as promised and a quick chat with Hamid produced a reasonable diagnosis of the problem. He sent me a Youtube video showing how to check and the problem is solved. Good customer service and no attempt to wriggle out of possible responsibility for the reception fault.

About this company they are so Friendly , helpful and Nothing is to much for them .They Answered all my questions and took the time to explain what was going on with my car stereo unit.

Really good service from Satnav Systems. I dealt with James and couldn’t fault anything from booking the appointment to the work on my Audi being carried out. I was really impressed with their work. I would highly recommend.

The media unit failed on my wife's VW Golf and my garage recommended Satnav Systems. I cannot praise them highly enough. All members of staff I spoke to were friendly and professional, particularly Hamid who showed me the problem and advised the various options. This all took two hours and was carried out while I waited. In my opinion they went above and beyond in also fitting the latest SD card and other tweaks. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

I had my Audi A5 coupe satnav updated to 2025 spec by the team at S N S, and I would say that from my initial contact with James the whole process was flawless. James was very polite and friendly, he was knowledgeable and obviously experienced and helpful. S N S is company that provides a first class service and it was a pleasure to deal with a company that truly believes in good customer service and for me it was well worth the 5 hour round trip from Cambridge to receive a fast and efficient service! Like every other customer, I can’t praise these guys highly enough. Had a touchscreen issue in my VW Caddy for a while but only became bothersome when I couldn’t pair a new device for hands free, Main Dealer quoting extortionate prices to replace but, to be fair, they did recommend SNS. Dealt with Hamid, from other reviews, it seems he is indicative of the excellent service provided by all members

Have just reinstalled the repired Columbus unit into my 2013 reg Skoda Superb. The unit now funtions without the pulsating booming noise. The service from Hamid was first class throughout and the repair was completed very fast, unit posted Thursaday 5pm, returned Tuesday 8am. We probably delayed things by a day as we decided which level of repair to go for.

Excellent service from Satnav Systems (UK) Ltd. I was looked after by James and from the first contact to leaving their premises with a totally refurbished Audi infotainment system I couldn't fault the service provided. Everything was explained to me upfront, including the costs (which even though I needed more than initially anticipated were still a fraction of main dealer quotes), and they did everything they said they would. Would highly recommend based on this experience.

I sent the infotainment system from my VW Tiguan to Satnav Systems because the screen was becoming very hit and miss and had started to adopt a blue hue to one side! Previous correspondence between myself and Hamid made my mind up that these were the experts I wanted to deal with. Within 24 hours of them receiving my unit it had been tested, evaluated for repairs/updates and a quotation for the remedial work submitted to me. When I received my unit back just 72 hours after Satnav Systems had taken delivery of it, not only had Hamid completed all the items agreed, other mods had been done that has completely “future proofed” my system! One exceptionally happy and impressed customer 🤗 To Hamid and the team I say “Thank You” it was a pleasure doing business with you 👏.

Satnav systems installed a genuine rear view parking camera to my Golf mark 8. It has made a huge difference to my parking and manoeuvring and a year later it remains to work perfectly. I dealt with James, who I found very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Overall, I find the guys at Satnav systems very professional and good at what they do. I will not hesitate to return for future upgrades.

I dealt exclusively with Hamid via email. I sent off my existing head unit and he quickly replied with details of the repairs and costs. As it was quite expensive he also offered some lower cost replacement unit options which I took up. Within a couple of days I received a replacement unit which I fitted and seems perfect. I would highly recommend Hamid and Satnav Systems.

Excellent service throughout. We went to the premises and were met by Hamid who tested the unit in the car before it was removed for full diagnosis. We were ushered into the comfortable waiting area and given a tea. After a short time he was able to explain what had failed, and give a price and timescale for the repair. The unit was repaired while we waited, and Hamid then demonstrated the operation of the repaired unit in the car. The unit is now working perfectly, and the cost of repair was about one-eighth of the cost that the main dealer wanted to replace the unit. Overall a text-book model of how to do customer service!

First class service and experience!

I have a 2016 SEAT Alhambra with a dead stereo touchscreen. Through a few enquiries I understood this was a common issue and the common solution on offer was to replace the entire unit, at significant cost. A few outfits offer to replace the touchscreen but with unknown results, you always left wondering whether it's a false economy.

Fortunately I was referred to Hamid at SNS, who explained how common the issue was across VW and Seat cars and offered a cost effective solution, replacing the touchscreen, upgrades to Android auto/Apple car play (wired or wireless options) and Hamid upgraded the cars firmware+activated the digital speedometer on my driver display which (only 48 hours later) has been like the most useful upgrade to my driving experience. Touchscreen upgrade is sharper in resolution and works perfectly; with Android auto, I now can run podcasts, audible, Spotify, etc.

Very happy with the service, I used their customer area with free WiFi to work whilst the upgrade work was being carried out, and was offered tea/coffee by the extremely friendly staff.

Once in a while you stumble across an individual or a company that breaks the mould. Having spent many, many years in the motor trade I've become a little cynical of people selling services/parts. Well today today was the day I stumbled into Hamid at Sat Nav Systems in Sutton.
This man is a specialist in VW Audi group vehicles. He is passionate about his work, very proffesional oh and did I forget to mention very personable.
I took my Scirocco to him as my stereo touch screen had given up the ghost,the dealer options were, well horrendous Over £2k to replace like for like, way beyond my means. Enter Hamid, popped into the passenger side of my car explained the problem and the soulution. I spent 2 hrs sat in his visitors waiting room offered countless drinks free lollies, great reading material free WiFi and charging ports for my phone. My car was ready better than before updated added features and warrantied wow great service great place great staff highly recomended If you have a VW group vehicle with sat nav stereo reversing cameras... the list goes on requirements you will not be disappointed. A huge thank you to Hamid and his team.
