Scammed me out of £170
Scammed me out of £170! Claiming my faulty returned satellite box was a different serial number! The box sent back WAS the box I had. Could have been a switch at the supplier? I can't prove otherwise. Be warned check all serial numbers on receipt of goods from this company!!

Dreambox One Combo
Works fine with my USALS positionner, much faster than the 7020 HD.
A user manual would be welcome, the quick guide links are unreachable and black listed by my internet protection. As a replacement for another dreambox, it’s fortunately not a big problem for me.

Stole my money.
Bought a satellite box from them on 19/01/2023, when it finally arrived it was damaged, so I contacted them and they sent a return label. After I sent it back, they didn't return my money because some issue with their delivery company... Some issue that I have nothing to do about. I have proof that I sent it... They just kept my money, that's it... Or stole to be perfectly fair. Today is 23/02/2023 and they still have my money.
