The customer service was excellent, with fast and polite responses. The staff provided clear and professional explanations, followed up proactively, and showed great patience and care. I buyed the maybelline N20 foundation from the physical store in Jordan Sasa and when I opened and was ready to use ,found very watery . And I’ve been using this foundation for past 2,3 years never found this type of watery foundation. And when I went to physical store & explain my problem to staff and I asked for exchange they simply denied me .. very annoyed.

I purchased La Mer New Moisturizing Soft Cream (60ml), and the item I received came with a Simplified Chinese label, which immediately raised a red flag. I have been using La Mer for over 15 years, and I have never seen La Mer packaging with a Simplified Chinese label.

La Mer products are manufactured in the U.S. or the U.K. and do not manufacture in China. A Simplified Chinese label on this product is a serious alert and strongly suggests the product is not authentic.

When I contacted Sasa, they claimed the product was real but refused to provide any proof of authenticity. If the product were genuinely authentic, providing verification should not have been an issue.

I didn’t get my order and no one answered

If you buy any products from Sasa online, you have to return the products via courier only. You can't return it at the store. I bought an eyeshadow palette and Sasa didn't pack it properly. My eyeshadow palette is broken. The return process is very complicated. You have to pay for all the service yourself and they will take very long time to refund your money and they may deny it too.

So be careful if you order anything from Sasa online. Make sure that it's not fragile.

The prices are fair, the products are good, and the delivery of the items is timely.

This is my third time placing an order and each time has been a smooth transaction. Customer Servicer assisted me with my order both times. My La Mer products arrived in two weeks. The items were carefully packaged and the sample gifts included were better than the ones I've gotten at department stores. I will certainly make future La Mer purchases with Sasa.

This is my first time making a purchase, and I received a 25% discount. The items were well packed upon delivery. I highly recommend this service and hope to receive more discounts in the future!

Terrible Experience – Selling Fake Products
I purchased what was advertised as Gucci Floral perfume from this website, and what arrived was clearly fake—complete with sticker labels on the bottle. After doing some research, I was able to confirm it was a counterfeit product. I had to file a dispute to get my money back, which was an unnecessary hassle.

In addition to selling fake products, the courier service was awful. The package was mishandled, and I had to contact multiple parties myself to track it down. The website did nothing to help. Overall, this website is a scam—I highly recommend avoiding it. Do not order anything from here.

Don't ever waste any money on this website. It is full of cheating and this website should be banned. I can't give zero star.

I bought one product on 8/1 and was supposed to receive it by the end of August. Two months passed, I have never ever received it. The shipping status on the website stopped at 8/18. I contacted the customer service many times and they ignored all my inquiry.

I need to ask my credit card company to cancel the transaction as the last resort.

Delivered fast with legit stuff
Placed order on 08/11 and it got delivered on 08/26. Very fast delivery considering it's all the way from HK to LA.
Checked the manufacturing date are all pretty recent. Much cheaper than buying from US website. Will recommend.

I would like to warn all Sasa users, don’t buy skin care products from the sasa.com online store anymore. They are indeed genuine products, but they are old products from ten years ago! ! ! When I opened the product, the color was darker. I used some because I didn't have time, so I took it to the local place to inspect the product when I had time. After checking the number, I found out that it was Lancôme Absolue Eye Cream from ten years ago. The Sasa website did not refund or return the product. We can only accept this loss, please stop buying from Sasa!!

Ordered a product that never arrive. Had multiple back and forth of email communication with their so called customer service, who was always trying to deflect responsibilities to the shipping services and refuse sending replacement or refund. If you are a US based customer, you would be shocked by their policy and lack of basic customer service norms.

If hv zero star, it would be better. Nvr ever buy stuff frm SASA Mlysia. I complaints abt my Hugo Boss the Scent for her. Its edp & merely last 3 hrs on me. U cant even smell it. They told me, after tested on their staff & lasted 6 hrs in aircon n says, no issue, its ok with the perfume! Well, pple advised me not to purchase frm them but i nvr take their advise. Bcos of good bargain fm xmas dec 2023, i bought. Even their supplier dont even care to listen n just pass my case to Sasa bcos i bought frm them. Well, pls dun buy anyting if its cheap! Just bcareful. It probably a fake one. They dun even knw how to differentiate.

Crappy customer service. They communicate only by e-mail and transmit only basic preset messages in English. Don't count on having a normal discussion with their agents.
Worth noting that in no moment have they stated they send orders strictly to a singular billing/shipping address, which I'm sure the don't. I made a first 100$ order and have paid by Paypal to secure myself after having read bad things about them on this site. Asked them to ship the goods to my temporary US address. A week later got an e-mail from them asking to prove my identity. Sent them my (restricted view) National ID with my permanent residential/billing address, but no, they also wanted to see some document proving I live where they're shipping the goods (e.g. US warehouse, UPS mailbox, hotel room, etc. LOL). After I told them I have no documents to prove I also live at my desired shipping address they canceled my order. Their prices were at the time a bit lower than the competitors', but it's simply not worth the hassle.
