Leuk systeem, vreselijke klantenservice

I have managed to win three items and I will continue to try and win more. However the following has to be said about Sarbid.

1/ Terrible customer service, they failed to reply to a single email
2/ 48 hour guaranteed delivery!. I waited well over a week, even two weeks for some of the items and not a single email to explain the delay
3/ One item was out of stock, no email they just replaced it with a similar item
4/ Never received a single SMS message about the items
