Everything I brought from SaraMart has…

Everything I brought from SaraMart has usually been good and refunds have been given where necessary, I requested a refund a month ago and took pictures of my item destroyed for it be accepted strait away for then a month later for them to get back to me and say the refund has been cancelled, and to make matters worse I can’t re apply due to the time for me to be given a refund going over the set date plus I’ve gotten rid of the items as they were damaged and a refund had already been accepted by the Company . I’ve tried to contact them to get a refund countless times and to be unsuccessful as it’s gone passed the date which isn’t my fault as it’s only just been cancelled by the company

I have ordered from Sara Martin before and was more than happy with it all but recently everything has disappeared, I can't see any designer items, I've tried to filter my search and it has like thousands of items to apply but when I do apply nothing comes up. When I search for things always comes back with item doesn't exist.

Hello,

I think I’m being scammed on Saramart! I tried and tried to buy a pair of shoes there, but they kept telling me that there are payment problems. Then I looked at my bank account and they want to take all my money tomorrow!! These shoes are 24.53€, now they're trying to take 150€. Please do something! Prevent it or send my money back!!

Poor quality

Listen the items looked class. I got dr marten boots and also converse high tops . Loved them. They looked fantastic and well made. The boots were received in February 2024. Noticed that they have spilt where the boot meets the sole march 2024- letting water in now. The converse were received on the 16th march 2024. (One month ago) the sole has completely come away from the shoe leaving a gapping hole. Guess what?? Returns or refunds only available 15 days after purchase. Even though both shoes are under 3months old. They will not negotiate on this.so now left with the problem of having to purchase new boots and converse. I tried to update my review but they don’t allow that either. I’m not saying not to purchase but u would expect to get longer from any shoe, particularly when it is not worn everyday. Just be mindful if you need these for long term use. Maybe getting from the actual retailer will save you money because they last longer and will stand by returns if faulty - particularly after such a short time. Shame on such poor customer service.

Order stating delivered when it wasn’t

Ordered on 21st march 2024 got notification my ordered was delivered yesterday 3rd April 2024 by Royal Mail but nobody was in I couldn’t divert to my local post office as the Royal Mail app said I didn’t have this option nor do I have a safe place but I couldn’t even put a safe place anyway due to not having the option of this. I then request a refund through Sara mart it says they will update me in 1 business day I’ve waited that 1 business day they are now saying 1 business day is 3 normal days? 72 hours what planet you on? I’ve waited over 3 weeks! My first order and disappointing won’t be shipping again :( royal Mail have taken a photo of them holding my parcel up from my gate not even at the door my door is closed but marked off as delivered I’ve checked my neighbours I’ve checked my bins as Royal Mail are good for putting my packages in my bins!
