I have just been driving through Germany all the way from Denmark, and used the sanifair toilettes. And I am so tired of theese incredible disgusting toilettes. We pay 1 Euro and then I expect to come to a very clean toilet. But it's so nasty. There are always shit, puke, or pie and blood on the toiletseats and on the floor. I don't understand why it's so difficult to clean, when there actually a cleaning person most of the day. And there is often no soap and no paper, even to after toilettes visit or to dry your hands with.
I have been using theese sanifair for the past 20 years and it's keep getting more disgusting. I remember they used to be more clean. maybe you should consider to do something about this problem or close them. Because it's not okay to pay 1 Euro for that. 😡😡

Way to much money for a disgusting toilet. Soap dispensers are always empty so after these disgusting visits you can't even wash your hands properly...

Simply mean.

Why is only 1 voucher accepted per purchase, when paying a ridiculous high price or each individual toilet use ? For a family of 4 this costs 4 euro each toilet-stop. Travelling f.e. from Belgium to Austria is approx. 3x stops, so a total of 12 euro. To get the money back, 12 products should be purchased which is ridiculous !

I had to pay 4€ for myself and 3 friends to use these railway station toilets.
We queued for nearly 15 minutes after we went through the payment turnstile. When we finally entered the toilet area and there were only 5 toilets and 2 of them were out of order!!!! 5 toilets in a main station?? 2 of them not working?? You don’t know how long the queue is until you have paid an absolutely over inflated price to go for a wee! Generally the toilets or wash area were not that clean either
