Just started using this support pillow and it is very comfy. I’m just 18 weeks so don’t really need it yet but I anticipate it will be a godsend further down the line.. It is quite bulky and heavy but I guess that’s worth it for the level of support it provides. Also happy with price - it seems very good value for money and feels quality. Delivered promptly - no issues.

I have emailed you as I have been sent a regular pregnancy pillow when I ordered and paid for a xl however no-one has emailed me back. It has also got rust marks all over it.

I ordered a new pillow and based on the packaging it arrived in it most certainly wasn't new.

I ended up having to go through paypal and after 2 months I have finally got my money back.

I ended up buying the Queen Rose pillow for my partner and it has been wonderful. No issues at all.

NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE YET. delivery date supposed for 27.10 HRM ref number: HRM10460230

Because i emailed twice last week to say I haven't received one of my orders and had no response. The one phone number I found on Google isn't valid either so I have no point of contact except PayPal. As of yet still no response . I am very frustrated and disappointed especially as I would of left good feedback otherwise for one order that I ordered. The second order was placed half hour later but except for one original email I've had no updates as you did with one before. Sadly this is how it's ended

I didn't receive the pillow I ordered. Sent an email to customer services but didn't hear back. They don't have a contract number. Very poor communication.

Delivery was really quick. Pillow is amazing so comfy delighted with it

The website stated the pillow that I wanted was in stock so I ordered it. I was sent the wrong pillow and when I queried this they told me the one I want is out of stock but its still showing as available to order on the website. Poor customer service as if they had just told me that they didn't have what I wanted I would have cancelled now I have got all the hassell of sending it back.

This is a great product really helping my husband get relief from his arthritis

I did give one star as I hadn’t received my order. But now i have my order and very happy with my item even tho it took a while before I received it.

I've been charge for it but at this day I still have no received the items.

My wife is pregnent and waiting for it for her confort.

Excellent Service Fast Delivery. Didn't have the pillowcase I ordered so rung and offered an alternative color. The body pillow is amazing really good quality only issue is i wish I got it sooner.
