I honestly cannot fault Ashley and Jason for the care and support they gave me throughout the whole process.
I went in on the off chance to look at a potential car, and Jason was brilliant from the start. There was absolutely no hard sell, and he was incredibly honest and genuine. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns, and the communication, both in person and via email, was outstanding.
When Ashley took over, he was equally excellent. Honest, professional and approachable, he made me feel completely at ease throughout the process.
The customer service from the whole team at Sandown Basingstoke has been outstanding. They have great knowledge of the cars, are friendly, approachable and, most importantly, transparent. I’ve already been recommending the team to friends — especially as they all love my J7!
I know it might sound like a small thing, but both Ashley and Jason remembered my name whenever I turned up unannounced with yet another question. That really stood out to me. It’s the little things like that which show just how much they genuinely care about their customers.
I’ve had the best experience and feel that I’ve made a completely informed decision in choosing the J7.

I love my new Jaecco 7 Hybrid Plug in
I love my new Jaecco 7 Hybrid Plug in! The test drive was easy to book and the staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. However, it was a busy period for Sandown and there was a very long wait for my car to be ready on collection and had to wait almost 2 hours 1/2. It would have been valuable to have been informed before I collect my car that the 3-plug charger and the mats were not included with the car purchase as I would have purchased them beforehand. I am still waiting for the goodies promised with the car test drive (one month on) and the price I won when I purchased the car. I do not think I should have to follow-up on this....

We're equally disappointed to hear that you're still waiting for the test drive incentives and prize you were promised. We completely understand your view that this should not require additional follow-up on your part.

Omoda in Basingstoke were very welcoming
Omoda in Basingstoke were very welcoming and you felt that you were never pushed into buying a car.
They let us test drive any the cars that we wanted to and then gave us time to think about what we wanted to do.
When it came to picking the car James.L was very helpful and gave us the best possible deal what was available to us.
He always had a smile on his face (even in this heat, no Aircon in showroom), and welcomed us with a smile and a hand shake.
I would definitely recommend Omoda to family and friends 😁

We came in looking for a new car and had a rough idea of what we were looking for, but couldn’t decide between a couple. We spoke to Ash and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Provided us with all of the information we needed, was very knowledgeable but also just friendly and made the whole experience from start to end super easy.
