This is my second hair transplant first was with clinic centre and have to say the results wasnt to bad but needed second transplant to cover crown area so was looking at a few different clinics and came across sentamentam and happy i did for yhe price it covered everything even the flight. So got my transplant done just under 2 weeks ago and had the dhi method done as they told me would be better method than fue and have to say at mo its not looking to bad not wow yet as like i said only been 2 weeks so cant wait to see results as the months go by and would like to say a big yhank you to Anli my after care consultant for all his help so far in guiding me on what to do after the transplant and answering all my questions so anyone thinking bout having transplant give these guys a shout.

I have just arrived back and honestly can't fault my surgery experience. From the initial enquiry i was treated with respect and all my questions were answered promptly. I was kept up to date with everthing the whole time. On the day of my surgery the extensive tests I received also highlighted an issue I have been trying the get the NHS to find. The after care from the hospital staff was excellent and my husband was also looked after very well. I can highly recommend Sanamentum from the airport pick up, translators, nursing staff and surgeon can't fault anything

From inquiring to now (still under the car plan) it’s been five stars ⭐️ no issues at all. Any questions that I had were answers and filled me with confidence. From home to stepping out of the airport in turkey 🇹🇷 the communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The surgeon was fantastic and the care in the hospital was excellent. Had tests before surgery and they were very thorough even telling me that I needed to make appointment with GP back home 🏠 for underlying conditions (which I didn’t have a clue about) a day after coming home my care provider (Selina) contacted me with advise and guidance.

As a young woman with naturally big forehead and high temples I finally decided to get a hair transplant. After 8 months of researching various clinics in Turkey, I decided to book with Sanamentum.
My coordinator Emre was always available to chat, answer questions and share more information on whatever I was asking about. Emre recommended DHI transplant would be the best method for me, and after doing my own research I agreed to proceed with this method.
Once I arrived in the clinic, I was welcomed by a personal host Sefa, who stayed with me until the procedure began. Sefa was very nice, explained each step of the surgery and did her best to make me feel less nervous. The clinic is very clean and professional. I was then attended by doctor Firat Siksik, whom with I consulted what hairline I would like to achieve and he drew the line on my forehead the way I wanted.
One aspect of the surgery I was most afraid of was shaving my donor area. As I’ve always had quite long hair, I was very scared of having too much hair shaved and not being able to cover it, while wearing hair up or down. But once I saw my donor area, I felt so relieved that I can wear my hair up and down and no one would never notice a big bald patch.
Once the procedure started, there were three nurses / assistants in the room accompanying dr Firat, so I felt very safe and looked after. The extraction was slightly uncomfortable but painless. Once the 2500 grafts were harvested, I was given dinner and few minutes to rest.
The transplantation itself was so much better than I expected - absolutely pain free. I even called my family on FaceTime while the grafts were injected, and fell asleep for a short while too. The transplantation took 2 hours and 10 minutes.
The following morning I was taken to the clinic for a hair wash, which was relaxing and soothing.
Later that day I was contacted by an Aftercare Specialist Anil, who sent me information about healing process, what to expect and do’s/don’t’s. He also answered all my questions.
I am so very pleased with my experience and how attentive and caring Sanamentum staff members are, I’m very happy about my choice and can confidently recommend their services to every woman wanting to get a hair transplant.

I had a hair and beard transplant in 2024 with Sanamentum, and I deeply regret choosing this clinic. The results have been nothing short of a disaster. Over a year later, I am dealing with serious complications, including permanent hair loss in a localized area of the donor site where hair was harvested. Multiple UK clinics have confirmed that the donor area was overharvested—possibly even taken from hair that wasn’t ready—resulting in thinning and irreversible loss in that region.
The donor area has never returned to its healthy pre-transplant state. On top of that, I have developed cobblestoning (small bumps) in the transplanted areas, which several experts have told me is a clear sign of poor grafting technique. Repairing the hair loss will require further transplants, and the cobblestoning will need treatments such as Radio Frequency Microneedling and other procedures just to try to smooth the skin—although realistically, my skin will never be the same as it was before.
To make matters worse, Sanamentum’s aftercare has been virtually non-existent. I raised concerns early on, but my complaints were repeatedly dismissed. Every independent clinic I’ve visited has reached the same conclusion: the procedure was poorly executed and has caused permanent damage.
If you are reading this, take my experience as a lesson and avoid Sanamentum at all costs. Don’t be tempted by their cheaper prices. In my experience, they lack the skill, care, and professionalism to perform hair transplants safely or effectively.

Bloody dont believe it this was my last and final one chance to happy and they cocked it up I'm sooo gutted couldn't afford another one in England so I went with Sanamentum can not believe I'm still uncomfortable with people behind me I've paid for this problem to go away. They kept saying they'll phone back. Wer do we start no limo came was normal car, the hotel man didn't tell me surtain food on menu was not part of it ££ sly the hotel wernt bad tho, I told them make my hair thicker were some of it never took on the last job they said easy it's just abit thin in some places, they have done the front well but messed the back up I think half survived. I've just had my haircut the lady showed me in the mirror the back (she said you don't even care how nice your hair cut looks your just gazing at your bald spot) you need to think I got on a plane to turkey by myself stayed in a hotel by myself went through surgery by myself healed by myself a wk in bed a month hiding my scalp not allowed a hair cut for 8 months, all in the name of getting my confidence back. I was willing to do all this I'm heart broken the money would have been worth every penny. Sanamentum won't reply to any wassaps I'm sure they'll reach out after this and ask for proof I'm one of there patients showing zero remorse just careing about removing this review. I know another transplant focused just on the back would cure this but fml I should be happy confident now I jumped through the hoops already done the pain done the journey spent the money, I had dreams of brushing my hair back with a bit of product they crushed it can't even have it dry looking full. Everything Im in controll of weight health size perfect envolve someone else and they screw it up! I hope to get a partial refund so I can put this to bed once and for all if not il be putting a link to a video of results from a Sanamentum hair transplant I this comment or title.

The company and treatment from start to finish was amazing from pre care to pick up and after care have all been brilliant and have been so well looked after. The procedure went well and was looked after with a meal in between the grafts and transplant and and brief up on all the after care. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommended this company for your procedure.

its been a great experience with Sanamentum.

This is my second time using this company so I knew what to expect, on both occasions I felt that I was well cared for and I have no issues with healing. Hospital is very clean and staff are polite ( not very good English but can translate using phone) hotel is clean, only downside is the pool is out of action so when feeling well enough not much to do. I would definitely return and use company again for future operations.

If you’re reading this then go else where.

Hair transplant experience was terrible.

I have hair plugs where they haven’t put the hair properly into the skin(search it up)

The car from the airport stunk of cigarettes and sounded like the wheels was going to fall off.

The girls doing my hair transplant was on there phone with her husband while DOING MY HAIR. ( I wonder why it looks terrible )

I could say more but that should be enough for you to stay away.

4.hairline straight (not natural) when told it was be zigzagy.

DO NOT COME HERE or you will not be happy with the whole experience/outcome.
