I have never experienced such poor and…
I have never experienced such poor and inconsistent customer service from a major brand.
I submitted my Samsung monitor under European warranty in November. The device was collected by an authorized Samsung service partner in the Netherlands, inspected, and officially declared non-repairable. I was confirmed in writing that a replacement / credit would be arranged.
What followed was over three months of internal contradictions, delays, and passing responsibility between departments. The situation escalated further when the monitor was returned to me without notice, without tracking, without signature, left unattended in a shared building entrance — and in worse condition than when it was sent, visibly opened and damaged while under Samsung’s custody.
Despite this, Samsung NL ultimately refused to provide a proper warranty-compliant solution and instead offered a 10% voucher, which does not come close to addressing the damage or the loss caused.
This case forced me to escalate the matter to consumer protection authorities, something no customer should have to do after following the official warranty process correctly from the start.
Samsung products may be premium, but my experience shows that after-sales support in the Netherlands is disorganized, inconsistent, and unreliable. I strongly advise others to be cautious and to keep detailed records of every interaction.
Broken oven
We bought a new oven less than two years ago and after many problems with it and many fixes, they offer us a replacement oven with no warranty on it! After all the issues we have had of course we want with a new device a new warranty period, which is only 2 years by the way! They do not trust their own products to last longer than that. Customer service says they have no obligations to provide a warranty and to get our money back for a device that does not work we have to go to the shop we got it from.
Non-conforming product and extremely poor customer service
Purchased a Samsung The Frame TV from the official Samsung online store. It arrived with a defective wall mount bracket, meaning the TV has been completely unusable since delivery.
I reported this on 5 December. Samsung confirmed the defect (ticket CMM-45115) and promised a response within 5 business days. That promise was broken. Weeks later, there is still no replacement, no tracking number, no delivery date, and then I was told that Samsung cannot guarantee when (or if) the part will be delivered.
Customer service is a loop of scripted replies and deflection. Requests for a concrete solution or a reasonable alternative (even compensation so I could fix the issue myself) were ignored. Samsung also refused to register a formal complaint or provide any reference for it.
This is not a logistics issue — it’s a complete failure of responsibility. For a premium-priced product bought directly from Samsung, this level of service is unacceptable.
Strong advice: Do NOT buy directly from Samsung. If you want Samsung products, buy them from third-party retailers who actually respect consumer rights and their customers’ time.
Electronic Review
This is an good product and easy to use and service is very good and very cheaply
AVOID
AVOID!
Samsung is sales focus and does not care for customers.
1- Returns are a NIGHTMARE, you have to go through live chat to get a return lable. Its explains you need to log in and start returns (this does not exist)
2- Customer service are AWFUL, they are clearly not trained.
Summary:
If you have an issue just know you will spend weeks to resolve it if you are lucky.
Products are nothing without support
Products are nothing without support. Samsung features bait and switch online sales. Algorithms during the Black Friday sales eliminated the fourth ‘bundle’ item. My purchase then switched to pick up instead of delivery. A new order (the only option offered/switch) will raise the price you paid. DO NOT TRUST any offer to adjust this price. Same thing if any of your appliances arrive damaged! Understand that they will not return emails/calls unless it is to deceive you into changing a low rating. The Bespoke appliances were beautiful and met all our requirements. They may even be the 'savior' of Samsung's bad name in the appliance industry. Samsung CS made sure we didn't get them. If Samsung does anything above and beyond it's competition; it's failing their customers before they can realize their products are garbage!
Damaged tv delivery and major reordering issues
TV had a cracked screen during delivery on Dec 5, 2025. Samsung does not replace damaged tvs and requires reordering once the item is returned.
Could not get the same discounts when reordering: the $100 Shop app discount and a lower military discount from 15% to 10%. Only reimbursed after receiving the new order.
Biggest issue was Samsung financing thru Affirm. They financed 100% in the original purchase but only 57% for the reorder, requiring a 43% down-payment, even though I have an excellent credit history. This is a deal breaker for a retiree on fixed income. Neither Samsung nor Affirm were able to fix this.
It would have been infinitely easier and no hassle to just replace the tv
At this point I'm likely to purchase an LG TV for all the problems Samsung has given me.
Misleading sales practices
I have chosen Samsung phone based, largely, on a promotion (free watch)
After three weeks of crashed website and problems I have managed to submit everything as requested.
Only to be informed I did not qualify
No reasons given
No response to my requests
Should have gone for Apple
Promotion code was NLD18914782TFMV.
Don't fall for this
Purchased QE50Q60DAU TV 16 months ago
Purchased QE50Q60DAU TV 16 months ago, it’s developed a line or two across the whole TV screen. When I phoned Samsung I was told even though it was 4 months past warranty date they would on this occasion sort it out for me! Then after lots of to and fro ing with emails of pictures of the line/s they then phoned me and said they won’t help sort it all! I wouldn’t mind but it cost £664. I got it From AO who were not interested at all. So my advice now would be to save money and go for an LG TV as my daughter has two and no problem since she’s had them 5 years on!
Worst Customer Service Experience Ever | Delivered defective TV | No Replacement
I recently purchased an 85" NEO QLED from Samsung’s official website and received a €250 trade-in for my old 65" TV in good condition. Unfortunately, the brand-new TV they delivered was defective. I reported the issue on the second day via WhatsApp chat.
The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. Every two hours, the support agent changes, and I have to repeat the entire story again and again. Despite multiple promises, they still haven’t arranged a replacement.
In an era where technology like GPT can resolve issues instantly, Samsung’s customer support feels outdated and inefficient. They don’t maintain proper logs, and every agent gives a different promise without any real action. This is unacceptable for a brand of Samsung’s reputation.
1/5 STARS
1/5 STARS - A CUMBERSOME USER EXPERIENCE (AVOID PURCHASE)
The user rating of 1.2 on Trustpilot is justified.
My recent limited use of this device (Samsung Galaxy A33 5G) provided an overwhelmingly negative experience. The device exhibits poor performance, consistent software delays, and an excessive amount of pre-installed, unnecessary applications (bloatware).
PERFORMANCE DEFICIENCIES
Exynos 1280 (The Performance Bottleneck): The processor is fundamentally inadequate for handling the demanding resources of the proprietary One UI system. This results in constant micro-stutters and freezes during routine operations, such as scrolling through menus or switching between applications. The performance profile is comparable to a device several generations older.
One UI (Resource-Heavy Interface): Samsung imposes a complex, overloaded, and proprietary operating system layer. It is saturated with redundant applications (e.g., separate Samsung Store, Samsung Browser, Samsung Keyboard) that consume system resources and drastically reduce device responsiveness. The settings menu architecture is poorly organized, convoluted, and appears functionally outdated.
BUILD QUALITY AND DESIGN
The overall construction is predominantly plastic, failing to convey any sense of premium quality. The physical design and material choice suggest cost-cutting measures, positioning the device below the expected standard for its market segment.
Conclusion: Users accustomed to a clean, fast, and highly optimized software environment (such as Google Pixel) are strongly advised to avoid the Samsung A-series and the One UI interface. This purchase represents a poor value proposition and a significantly compromised user experience. Samsung should prioritize system optimization over feature proliferation.
I had 30 days left on my one year…
I had 30 days left on my one year manufactures warranty. My Flip 6 stopped responding to screen touches. After fighting with ATT, then Samsung I finally got someone who knew their job. So I sent my phone to Dallas Texas for repair. They said I broke my phone. If I want it back no problem, but to fix the phone 278 dollars. I never dropped my, I take super care of my phone, I have never had a problem with any phone in my life. So my first Samsung, the Flip 6, has become a costly mistake. So, I wrote to the CEO of Samsung USA. They assigned some to look into my situation. The repair place emailed them a picture of a phone with a shattered screen. They said that was my phone. I have a flip phone, it was the wrong glass, that was not my phone. So, I no longer have any Samsung products, I will never again own any of there products. I am now a one man hate campaign against Samsung. I was with my wife at an ATT store, I talked 7 people into buying Apple over Samsung. I know it is not much. But I will get more.
Two weeks, no TV, no refund – Samsung.nl is a scam operation in disguise
Two weeks, no TV, no refund – Samsung.nl is a scam operation in disguise.
Ordered a TV from Samsung.nl with delivery and installation included. The delivery team arrived, discovered a crucial mounting piece was missing, and took everything back, promising a replacement. We were told to contact customer service.
We called the same day, got a ticket number, and were told to wait for an email with the next steps. Two weeks later: silence. No TV, no refund, no communication. Samsung is holding our money and leaving us completely in the dark.
Looking at other reviews here, this isn’t an isolated case – it’s a pattern. Samsung.nl treats customers with total disregard. Shocking from a brand of this size.
No phone or headphones for a month, no money
No phone or headphones for a month. They sent me headphones without a phone at first. Why do I need headphones without a phone?!!! As it turned out, the phone is out of stock and it is unknown when it will be available. Since I can't wait more than a month, I returned the headphones in agreement with the manager. Three days later, I received a message that the phone had been delivered. I went to pick up the phone, but it wasn't there. The package was missing. I started writing to ask where the package was, but they completely ignored me. In the end, I got neither the product nor my money back.
Thank you, Samsung, for ruining my mom's birthday. I wish I had chosen Apple instead!!
Stay away from Samsung
I bought a Samsung refrigerator with a 2 +3 years warranty, energy class A+++. A few months before the expiration of the warranty ,the refrigerator started collecting water in the fridge compartment. After 3 visits of the repair service, they decided that the problem cannot be fixed. They said that they will speak with Samsung and offer a solution.
Some days later the repair service send me an email that Samsung will replace my refrigerator since it is still on warranty and they told me to call Samsung to arrange the delivery. Samsung said that they will contact me when they are ready.
Next day I received an email from Samsung that they can offer me an exchange, giving me a refrigerator of energy class D, for which I had to pay additionally 500 euros, because the original warranty was 2 years.Fr the +3 years waranty, I had to find a solution with the retailer, which in the meantime was bankrupted.
I explained that I am willing to pay an additional cost, but I expect them to give a good offer for a refrigerator with similar specs like mine, which needs to be replaces in less than 5 years. After 2 weeks of negotiations, Samsung offered me a model that they sell in their website and at the moment they give a TurboJet vacuum as a gift. I can now take this one, without the gift, 50 euros cheaper! What an offer!
I considered Samsung a trustworthy and customer - oriented company. After this unprofessional and unethical response, I will never spend a euro to buy their products and I will inform as many people as possible about how unreliable thy are.
The market is big, choose a more serious brand!
Samsung Phones -By removing the SD card…
Samsung Phones -By removing the SD card slot, the company pushed consumers toward purchasing devices with more built-in storage.
GREEDY COMPANY
Samsung Electronics doesn't handle cheaper phone models error reports
Samsung Electronics is not handling cheaper Samsung phones their error reports which were send via Samsung Members app. Error reports for Galaxy A33 stay unanswered for months, while error reports for Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra get pretty fast an answer within 3 days. Email CEO function via Samsung website used, Samsung employees don't feel the need to take reported issues seriously.
I hate there company I ordered a lease…
I hate there company I ordered a lease phone and was emailed I was approved and will be sent the phone I received the phone 3 months into using it my moms phone broke so ai gave her mine and the 1 month samsung said I should return the phone! I told them I have been paying for the phone I cant just take the phone from my mom can pay for the phone they said no. Now I have to take the phone from my dying mom because they refuse I pay for the phone they just want there phone back! Stupid company needs to be closed. For the first time actually switched to Samsung from Iphone and now they make me regret everything thing.
Terrible customer service
I was trying to make a purchase, and there was a deal that I can give them any old mobile device despite their state of working and in return get a 40 euro discount on the new purchase. However, when I click it, it didn't work. I called the customer service, they said it's an error on the website, so they asked me to send screenshot via whatsapp and they will adjust it. I was waiting for days for a respond, then I would finally get 1 answer per day even I would respond to them right away, then again no answer for 1-2 days, then a new person asking the same questions. In the end I called customer service 3 times, I was trying to talk via whatsapp for 1.5 - 2 weeks, and the problem would not be resolved. Then the product got out of stock and the next delivery was possible in a month.... Then 3 days later, the product was available again. So I ordered again, got my product the next day, and I'm still waiting for the delivery of the same product that I ordered 2 weeks earlier to get it deliver and then return it. It's a mess...
