I ordered 3 times with O2 contract and all failed. Asked samsung CS 3 times and every CS gave different and contradicting answer. But they all blamed O2. I went to O2 and they blamed Samsung. 4th I brought without O2 contract wich more expensive. I am so dissatisfied.

I ordered z fold 7 and the order got cancelled but the vodafone contract for that cancelled order is not yet cancelled. It was a nightmare never ever recommend for anybody to use this.

Delivery Date
Actually, I ordered two items. One was delivered on time as per the mentioned delivery date, which was accurate. However, the second item — a watch — originally showed a delivery date of August 8th at the time of ordering. But after I placed the order and made the payment, the delivery date was changed to August 18th. This is not favorable for a customer

Fabric defect Samsung TV AU8000, ignored by the manufacturer!
I purchased a Samsung AU8000 Crystal UHD 3 years ago and it has a warranty for 2 years. Guess what? I am experiencing now the same issue of almost every samsung TV user, when I turn on the TV the screen remains black and I hear the sound of the program every 5 minutes and I need to wait for 4-6 hours to see the image and sometimes it does not work at all.
I contacted the samsung customer support and the didn't help at all. For a 600 euros TV I expected a better quality to be honest and also a better support because Samsung knows very well that it is a fabric defect that many users are experiencing and it should provide for a solution and a free repair service for it!
