Different hair color
I ordered the color”cinnamon” which looked like a dark brown on the photos but totally different in person.. The packs of hair I received said “cinnamon” but the hair itself was in fact “ginger”.

BEWARE!!! Don't risk the shipping. They use a third party you cannot contact.
I purchased on Sams beauty and they used Amazon for shipping. My package was delivered to the wrong address and Sams beauty advised I deal strictly with Amazon. Amazon gave me a phone number for Amazon logistics, but they don't have a phone contact. Online wasn't successful either. I called Sams beauty back and was refused any help or refund or even a reshipment of any kind. I have been a longtime customer of this site and I feel I deserve better.

Refused my refund and it’s been almost…
Refused my refund and it’s been almost 3 weeks since I’ve ordered my hair. Terrible customer service representative was going back and forth with me. All in all, a horrible experience with equally terrible service to match. I shouldn’t have to wait over 3 weeks because your delivery people do not know how to deliver a package and kept it in hold.
