I have had cause to return and purchase 4 cards from the team. Each time my contact and interaction was very friendly and clear.
This morning I had need to recover my account on one of my cards, on a Sat morning, the issue was resolved within 15 mins of me starting a WHATSAPP chat.
Exceptional support.
My guy Sammy a lot is gentleman with a great sense of deference and humility. He is one of the tightest men ever recorded. JOKE MY GUY) He if doesn't give me the right price for the xbox roadshow product.
For real all staff are respectful and and courteous.. I'm 55 and I still feel comfortable in the and around the shop. Also caters for the disabled.
A week of super cooked breakfast at Sammys, very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend
