Sent two sizes too small shoes, cheap inferior copies, they offered 4% refund, I returned them to their logistics place in Leicester again at my expense later to be told I had to return them to China, so I've got no item from them and im £30 out of pocket AVOID THESE RACKETEERS

Awful company. Falsely advertising a pack of bras that when they turn up were completely different and poor quality. They want me to send them back at a cost of £17 to china for them to then refund me. They wont refund postage, they wont refund for their mistake. Dont use them!!!

I have just received a pair of boots they say they are Clarks discount store after waiting 4weeks and I payed for fast delivery, they are the wrong size and the trim is broken . please avoid this site.

AWFUL. Site is very misleading, items take weeks to arrive, items not what they appear on arrival. Any refunds, the 'offer' of 10% is an insult, the alternative of sending the item back, they do not cover costs. STEER CLEAR.

I ordered some flip-flops which were described as wedge support flip-flops, but when I received them they were cheap flip-flops which I could have bought for £3 from the supermarket. When I contacted the company, they said the postage would not be refunded, and if I decided to return them it would probably take 6 months for them to arrive. They offered me a discount to keep them but I didn’t want these cheap flip flops which cost £45.00 for 3 pairs! I would advise others not to use this company.

DO NOT BUY !! MISLEADING PHOTOS, WHAT YOU BUY IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!

It is a shame I can't do less than 1 star.

I emailed for a refund and was told that I have to hire a courier to return the package which I have to pay for, only then will i get a full refund (excluding postage)

We all know this will cost more that the product itself so the company knows no one will do this and in return get to keep your money as you have not returned the useless item you have recieved.

I am currently going back and fourth and will make sure I get my money back by any means necessary as I refuse to let them keep it, whether it is £1 or £500, I will get my money back to prove a point to these scammers.

Take my advise.

Appalling product- wrong colour and pitifully poor quality. Basically told tough sh** because it’ll cost you more to return to china than the refund would be so we’ll offer 20% I’m currently filing a claim through my bank.

AVOID - DO NOT ORDER FROM This company is associated to summershein & online outlet.

The products advertised are no where near what is sent then when you want to complain, they only offer 20% refund as they claim parcels get lost etc.

I ordered shoes and they sent different shoes and the wrong size. Getting a full refund is a joke.

They send wrong size then expect you to send back to get refund and be out of pocket and only give small refund they scammed lots of people only give £11.50 back from £23.00

This company could improve by shutting down completely..

Evri lost the parcel so it was not delivered but the company will not given me a refund even though they have claimed the money back from Evri!

Placed an order with A.R.T OUTLETS ONLINE on the 6th June. I ordered two pairs of Archies flip flops. It was only when I paid and I got email of PayPal and it was all in Chinese. I should of known then. They are using the really Archies adverts.
My order consists of two pairs of cheap flip flops and they are both different makes.
The seller eventually replied to my emails, no responsibility taken they offered me 20% back then 30%. They won't pay for the return of the items even though I haven't got what I ordered.
They are ripping people off and getting away with it. They also have another company on Facebook.
I've been ripped off for £29.98 plus £4.99 p&p.

if i could give it less than a 1 i would. Horrible company - they sent a completely different item to what was ordered & then tried to charge me for the privilege of sending it back ended on a 40% refund but a complete and total rip off! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered bras from them, ordered size that they said would fit me, but arrived and the fit is no where near my size. Emailed them for return/ refund three times so far and no reply

Thankyou to everyone for taking the time to post these positive reviews and horrible experiences using this company, I’m shocked…also very relieved I haven’t ordered what look like a very nice pair of Summer sandals…thanks to these reviews I certainly shan’t be ordering anything from this company

The products are no where near the size I ordered and I am really disappointed in the quality as well

This is an update to my previous review. I had extensive email contact with these scammers! 27 messages! They don't read anything you say and just churn out standard responses telling you to return their fake goods! They eventually offer discount up to a maximum of 40%. I advised Archie's the original supplier this company are ripping off their product and they have their legal team on it. They also advised I contact cyber security agency to report them! Please anyone else with issues do this.

In the end I contacted PayPal and they took it up with the supplier they then emailed me another standard reply and eventually agreed to a £30 refund!
Kept hassling this supplier of you have had the misfortune to use them.

Do not use this seller. Complete waste of time. They sent wrong size shoes. They wanted me to pay for return shipping to China. Offered 20% discount to keep them, then, 30, 40 and finally 50%. (Need to cut my toes off if they are to fit.)
Referred to PayPal and they have promised to check this seller and are refunding my payment.
