I had an outstanding experience with Samicar during my recent trip to Morocco. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, making the entire rental process easy and stress-free.

The car was in excellent condition — clean, reliable, and perfect for exploring both the cities and the countryside. What truly stood out was their punctuality and clear communication, which made a big difference in making our travel plans run smoothly.

Perfect! Even though I left the airport an hour and a half late, at 01:30 AM, Rachid waited for me patiently and with a smile. Great thing to be able to have the car even in the middle of the night. The car is delivered and collected at the time you want and where you want and you don't need a credit card. I paid €320 for 9 days, with full insurance and an excellent service. Very cheap for what it offers. Highly recommended

The choice of SamiCar was made based on positive opinions of previous customers. It was a very good decision. Hassle-free booking process, pick-up at the airport in Agadir where the company employee was waiting. Clean car with a mileage of about 80 thousand km. By car we visited the planned places in Morocco from Agadir to the Sahara through Fez, Mycenae, Marrakesh (we drove about 2500 km) without any mechanical problems. Returning the car at the airport was also without any problems, the company employee arrived at the agreed time. The only small minus in my opinion is the lack of possibility to pay for the car by card at the airport in Agadir. I recommend SamiCar.

All went good. In time service and courtesy. The car wasn't so new but well functioning and perfect for travelling. No credit card needed.

This is the 7th or 8th car I’ve hired over the past 5 years. The service has been great from meeting me in Marrakech airport to dropping off the car.
The price structure is great clearly showing the £0 excess as an option.
Never any issues even when I had to alter my return times.

I reserved a car and 7 hours later they canceled my reservation wrongly and without to contact me. The reason because I didn’t paid yet. The email says I have 48 hours to pay. They are unreliable and untrusted. Now I can no longer reserve the car, because apparently rented to someone else. I’ve Rented a car last year and everything went well and that's why I wanted to book with samir car again. Now never again. No more trust. They see
don't treat you as a customer and don't take you seriously. It's not about providing good service, it's about making money.
After all t turned out well again. I've git my reservation back!

Yes, this company do exist. After making detours of finally finding their office in downtown Fes, we needed to wait more than 2 hours till someone showed up. Afterwards, we had a discussion about 1 hour about a new settled price and returning time. Even if the office opened late and we were not able to take the car, they expected us to bring the car earlier back.

Furthermore, they do not accept any credit cards as listed on their website. After going to the ATM and paying the Bank fees, they decided to not give us the car anymore.

The worst service what I have seen so far.
