Be very aware when selecting hotels from this chain. I have just lost 800$ to them!

Be very aware when selecting hotels from this chain. I have just lost 800$ to them!

I made a reservation about 3 month ago, and they withdrew the money from my account immidiately. I wasnt able to travel because of work, so I cancelled the flight-ticket, and then try to call and write to the hotel to cancel that too. I got no answer at first, then I tried a week ago, where I was told to call another number regarding cancellations. After that, I just got an email that they wouldnt refund my money at all. But of course would like me to pay for another trip later so they could cheat me twice! Awful customer-service!

I will never recommend or visit any hotels in this chain again!!!
