It's a scam. I was able to download and use their Microsoft products for a limited time. I started having issues with them and they would not return my emails. I have no other way to contact them. Do not use this company! Horrible customer service.

I was a little skeptical at first because of the reasonable price. Since my first purchase I have bought Office from them 3 different times for 3 computers and everyone has worked perfect.

I had to redo my computer and I lost all my programs. I need Word because I am a writer and all my files are in Word. I was able to get Word and start using it immediately.

I had to go to my credit card company to get a refund.
The activation numbers they gave me did not work. i tried to resolve this problem with numerous emails. they have no phone to call or talk to someone. they did not resolve my proble, they did not even try to resolve my problem. this went on for a week, and i finaly went to my credit card company.
With so many software supliers out there, don't just look a bogus ratings. find out out is there a phone number to call, call it 1st, ask questions.
in my experience, this is not a reputable company.

The first key didn’t work but was immediately sent a new one and started working. Customer service was great. This is my second time buying from them.

This company has been a delight to work with. Response time is excellent and everything they state they back it up.

The download was smooth and with no problems whatsoever. I like that.

Had to activate Office key via Microsoft as key given said it had been activated too many times already. It did activate after some work on my end. But should not have had to put that work in, that is what I paid for.

I purchased 2 keys from this UK? -based company that worked fine (documents provided to my credit card company says they are located in Leeds, UK, but the 'shipping address' for my software came from Afghanistan.) Then I purchased another one on 9/2/2020. When I tried to use it, Microsoft said it had already been redeemed. I tried for days - several emails and texts - and never got anything but auto-responses. After a bad review was posted, I was contacted on 9/21/2020 and told I would receive a refund, but it never came. Stuart from SDS contacted me again after another bad review and said he'd re-do the refund. Finally, on 10/28 I got a partial refund. (Paid $39.99, got a refund of $34.00.)
It seems that when it works, the software is a good value, but when there is a problem, SDS needs a better process for dealing with the issue.

The process in purchasing the software was quick and easy. No issues and the software really made my computer a lot faster. Thanks

Very easy to download and much cheaper.
