Great Customer Service!
Is this the same company selling on Flubit. I hadn’t realised it was like Amazon and EBay with sellers selling their products through Flubit.
I ordered a clock for my husband and unfortunately it is not working as the hour handle is flopping around when the clock is in a vertical position. Since it is floppy we are unable to alter or set the time.
We have asked for a replacement and hopefully we will get a working one! Since there are no other reviews I do not know how well the company will deal with the issue at hand. Three stars until it is sorted and then I shall alter the rating to a better or worse one depending on how easy it gets resolved.
The clock was picked up by courier however it was a little unsettling that Salveo provided to paperwork in the packaging such a a despatch note and the courier did not provide anything not even proof. Thankfully we didn’t have anything to worry about!
Salveo was super efficient at doing what they said they would do. Clock was collected as they said and we got another one sent which arrived this afternoon. It would have arrived earlier however my husband asked they open and check it was working before posting it out.
