I brought my Mac here for data recovery and these folks never let me down and thank for that. I thought that they would just take me around and around but George was forthcoming and with everything from their end and facilitated everything till I got my data back. Highly recommend SalvageData

I can't rate this company any lower. I sent them my hard drives, and then waited to hear back from them. When I finally did, they gave me a number to call. I called 6 different times and left 4 voicemails to try and get them to call me back. It took me 4 months to finally talk to my representative. Just terrible customer service, I demanded my hard drives back and will never send anyone to them.

Salvage Data is a life saver if your data is lost or destroyed. They are able to retrieve the data, even in the "worst situation" category, but boy will you pay. Their data retrieval services range from 600-2,000+. If you are willing to wait 5+ weeks for the economy services(I did and the bill was $800). They also promised a download of data along with a flash drive backup but did not follow through (my case manager told me what I was to receive and I got the download but not the flash). I was grateful that they were able to get my years worth of work , perhaps if you need their services ASK FOR A CONTRACT IN WRITING WHICH DETAILS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE FOR THEIR SERVICES.

Hugs to everyone at Salvage data Recovery.They recovered thousands of photos off my iPhone that I had dropped in a lake while out on holiday. I believe their headquarters are in Cleveland, but their drop off location in Seattle made things far easier for me with sending the phone in. Within a week all of my photos were sent back to me on a thumb-drive. Couldn't be happier!

Avoid this scam at all costs. I paid $500 to have my usb data recovery request fast-tracked. They did not fulfill this service and were unreachable for weeks at a time via email and phone. I had to get credited through my credit card company after months of trying, with no response from the company. They will take your money, then never provide the serviced advertised, so i would avoid this at all costs!

The recovery was very fast and efficient. The quotation was reasonable and given the amount of data that I needed recovered then I wouldn’t mind paying more
