Honestly, I don’t have a bad word to say about Emily. From our very first phone call way before I was ready to buy she talked me through all the things I had to do to get myself in the best position to obtain a mortgage. She replies promptly and always gives a detailed response.
She is incredibly patient, down to earth and hardworking. She guided me every step of the way as a first time buyer and answered my numerous questions. Emily Supported me through issues with the valuation and structural issues with the property. Once we were close to completion she found me a better rate that saved me nearly £80 per month and nearly £5k off my 5 year fixed term. Literally couldn’t ask for more. She is highly recommended.

My experience with Emily franks was nothing short of amazing. Emily went above and beyond for me and my partner to get our mortgage and throughout the whole process (which was dreadful dealing with incompetent solicitors, non responsive seller’s solicitors the list is endless) Emily updated us and fought in our corner from day 1 to the last day 10.5 months later. Listening to me rant and giving me advice when she didn’t have to. I honestly believe I would have lost the house we was buying if it was not for Emily. I will never use anyone else she is an amazing person and such an amazing professional in her line of work. If you use Emily you will be writing the same review as me. Can not recommend enough.

Emily Franks is absolutely amazing! We’d spoken as first time buyers to a different broker who didn’t seem to want to help as I am full time employed via the bank and we had a rejection for a mortgage via them. I found Emily on a mortgage Facebook review page and emailed her with little to no expectations of being able to attain a mortgage.
Within days Emily had spoken to us several times, answered a lot of questions we had and submitted our mortgage application. Within 2 weeks we had been accepted and in that 2 weeks Emily answered lots of frantic emails, questions and calmed us down from worrying with professionalism and kindness. Emily was on hand until even after we’d had the keys for our house just 3 months later and I couldn’t recommend her enough!
