I have always found SalonSkincare to be an excellent company. Website excellent and prices are very competitive. They have a very extensive range of well know brands. I have ordered quite a lot of products in the past and will continue to do so.

It was my first order with SS and I wanted to use a work address for delivery (and therefore different address to my credit card). This wasn't acceptable to the website. I guess this policy is fair enough but the manner in which I was addressed and responded to was dreadfully bad customer service - giving the impression they saw me as a fraudulent crook. After I tried to find a solution, the second response was just to tell me to cancel the order, which I happily did, and sent £150 of business in someone else's direction.

Goods were delivered quickly, well packed and would certainly use salon skincare again.

At this point (10 days after placing order) I still haven't received my order. So the £2.99 for priority handling was a waste of money. I've contacted customer service but still don't know what's happening with my order.
