The pricing, delivery and finished look of this flooring was all brilliant but the tongue and groove click of this flooring was poor, also some of the packs were warped slightly, so I was disappointed with those things but once its finished the flooring looks great.

Had no Notification when it was coming and then the delivery driver would not help and also he wasn’t going to take the pallet away but my floor came quickly and I’m happy with the floor thou I haven’t laid it yet

The delivery service was extremely poor. 2 packs arrived damaged, the delivery courier was very rude on the phone and left the pallet exactly where I didn't want it to be for safety reasons. They also didn't notify me of the day it was coming so I could not be ready ahead, he just called when he was at the door. For a delivery this size, it is simply very poor and I would like a reimbursement for the 2 damaged packs.
