Actually no stars at all bought online on a Wednesday called Monday morning for an update telephone only has AI but managed to tell them I want a refund and cancel the order I’ll buy elsewhere as taking too long to even dispatch but the email customer service which is real humans apparently was just as chaotic avoid like the plague wouldn’t recommend or use again

Sakertool Brush Cutter
This is a follow up review to two previous submissions, regarding an order for the Sakertool Brush Cutter. This gardening tool arrived without the two batteries included in the initial order. In fairness Sakertool say that they are issuing a refund so I guess that closes the matter. The batteries were not forthcoming because Sakertool say the item is ‘out of stock’. It is still advertised so beware!

Problem solved!
My husband bought a car dash cam from this company which was not as advertised. He contacted them to return it giving the relevant information required, they told him they needed further information which he gave them. Again they said they required more information, he has contacted them a number of times asking what further information they require, but they are not answering his emails .
We have since heard from Customer Services and my husband has received a full refund. thank you for your help sorting this out.

I bought a Sakertool MiniChainsaw…
I bought a Sakertool MiniChainsaw package with spare chains and batteries.This was in 2023.When I came to use it to prune my gsarden bushes,both batteries were dead,even though the Charger said they were charged.I tried to contact Sakertool throughout the warranty period,and multiple times since then till the present,but got no positive reply to my request for replacement batteries or a full refund.This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with online,and I wouldn't dream of ever buying anything from them ever again.I am left with a lovely looking machine in a lovely case ,but which is useless.I would strongly advise anybody to think twice before buying from Sakertool,as they take your money and supply inferior goods.

Last October/November ordered a mini electric chain saw.

Took ages to arrive Appeared OK and continued to work for a few months. The charger has now given up so it is not much use anymore. When challenged on Trust Pilot all the company could ask for were = YES the order number etc. Which not having any of these could not be supplied. Would I recommend this company, NO I definitely would not. Oh and the response from the company was in German!!!!!
