I would not recommend Saimel Agency…

I would not recommend Saimel Agency based on my experience.

My family and I experienced multiple delays with Kenya Airways, which ultimately caused us to miss our connecting flight in Mumbai. Despite booking through a travel agency, there was little to no assistance when things went wrong. The only solution offered was for us to purchase new tickets, costing us an additional **R10,672** out of our own pockets.

I understand I did not have travel insurance, but that does not change the fact that I received no meaningful guidance or assistance in trying to recover our losses or seek compensation. A travel agency should provide support during unexpected travel disruptions, not leave customers to manage everything themselves.

What was meant to be a spiritual journey turned into a stressful and traumatic experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this agency based on the lack of customer support when it mattered most.

Really professional and affordable…

Really professional and affordable travel company to deal with. They flew our party of 36 adults to Mauritius for a wedding. Everything from flights, airport transfers, hotel accommodation, meals and sight-seeing tours were handled in such an efficient manner. Our trip was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend Kris and team.
