Good quality efficient service provided by knowledgeable friendly employees.
A stellar experience from start to finish! Still a bit left to do but I’m sure the process will continue to be as smooth as it has been so far.
Great communication and expertise of all I worked with. We appreciate all of you. It was an experience I will never forget. Thank you for all you do
We have never filed a claim for our property in the 35 years we have lived here so I was nervous about the process but everyone I worked with from the claims rep to inspector was helpful and kind and explained everything so well. They walked me through the whole process. I appreciated the phone calls with follow up text and emails.
The Adjuster Mike Blue was very courteous and very customer oriented. Hopefully when the renovations are completed then you can send the Recoverable Depreciation amount to me to finalize payment for the completion of the renovations. I am living only on low Social Security payments each month and I am 82.
I really, really appreciate your quick responses.
Thank you so much!
Everything was done quickly and without problems.

Entire process from filing the claim, to assessing the damage, to receiving the payment was fast, seamless, and fair. My first time ever filing a claim on my homeowners insurance and it was a breeze. Very satisfied.

I made a claim for my roof after a large hailstorm and I saw all my neighbors getting a new roof. Had a roof company come out and say it needed replaced. During the claim, I dealt with a subcontractor who clearly was an agent working for multiple carriers. (One star deducted for this). She was NOT knowledgeable and made the process more difficult. The claim was denied. I fought it and ultimately I got it elevated to an actual Sagesure employed agent. This agent decided to get an engineering form to come out and inspect the roof. They gave me a whole packet of what they found. As an engineer myself, it was legit. I thought this was a very good way to show me the roofer I initially got may have duped me. Instead of just saying no, they got me evidence at their cost. I just got my renewal, it only went up the same as everyone else's around me. Just seemed like a human way to go about doing business. A small cost for the company but now they are getting all that back with a renewal.

Sagesure was extremely responsive when helping us get our house back in order after a lightning strike. Shara, our adjuster, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us quickly get reimbursements for money we had to put out to get critical services like air conditioning and electricity back up and running for our home.

Everyone was extremely helpful and easy to work with for my claim. I did not get the run around like I did with State Farm.
