Luke was very helpful when arranging a storage unit and went out of his way to make sure I had the right storage unit for my needs.

I booked a storage unit with Holloway Safe Store for only one week. I paid for that week, but I never actually used the storage unit at all.

Despite this, I was charged for an additional week without being clearly informed. I have now been contacted by a debt collection company demanding another £120.

I am extremely unhappy with how this has been handled. In my experience, the contract and additional charges were not made clear to me when I booked.

Please be very careful and read the contract and cancellation terms carefully before booking with this company. I would strongly recommend checking exactly what you are agreeing to and whether any additional charges can be applied.

This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience.

Pretty bad experience, after the contract finishes and you have leave the storage box empty, they ask you for fees, so you end up paying those hidden fees
