I had TAG Mobile before this experience with safe link wireless and it’s five times faster and running on Verizon’s network. If you expect it to be your only source for Internet, it’s not gonna work for you but it’s great for making calls and the Internet is extremely fast.
I’ve had brilliant service from SafeLink twice recently, and Graham deserves a special mention. First, he helped me source some replacement buttons for our system — quick, helpful, and straightforward.
But yesterday he really went above and beyond. We have an office building and I’m the landlord, and he patiently talked me through (over the phone, remotely) how to track down a loose wire in the main entry system unit and fix it. Absolute legend. He was incredibly patient, professional, and clear throughout — genuinely excellent customer service.
We had a great experience with SafeLink when we bought the system years ago, and this just confirms it. I’ll definitely be coming back when we need a new system, and I’m very happy to recommend them.

I needed two specific items that are now obsolete. Geraldine answered all my emails within an hour each time and went to the trouble of searching for the parts and making sure they were available, unlike other companies that took the order and money then cancelled a week later! Grateful for the help and service. Definitely my go-to co for parts in future.

I lost the phone they had issued so a call in put a temporary hold on the service and had agreed to call back in s few days if I couldn't find the phone so I called back today spoke to Elmain
Has me on the phone almost an hour and says can't disconnect the phone because I don't know my account number with them i gave the pin numbery name my other phone number my email but nothing seems to be enough so she is going to leave the phone on for the thieves so I decided to report here to warn people SafeLink. Will not disconnect service if you lose your phone with them

I enrolled in service with them and they supposedly shipped out a sim card to my address. The email said it would be there in 3 business days, but it's been longer than that and I have yet to receive it. Furthermore, when I click on the tracking link they provided, UPS says it is an invalid tracking number. Extremely suspicious, no? What's even more suspicious is that any time I try to access my account with them, it wants to send a confirmation code to a phone number that doesn't belong to me and that I never gave them. Because I have no sim card and thus no service, I have no way of calling their customer service. They have no email I can contact and the only other way is sitting in an extremely slow moving chat queue with the hopes that it will connect me with an agent. I highly doubt they will. I'm starting to think that the majority of these lifeline companies are scams; just like truconnect who sent my sim card to the wrong address TWICE before I finally transferred service to safelink. Was hoping they were better than them, but I guess not.

I filled out an online application on 1/2/23 and was approved and received my phone on 1/12/23. The phone came in the time frame that they said it would and I really appreciated that. I never ever had to reach out to them about my order. I wish they would of sent me a tracking number for my order but that was ok. I guess that would be the only complaint that I have other than that. I’m one satisfied customer.
