Called one day and asked if they still had 2024 Browning Rawhide 49T's in stock - they said they were getting more on January 15 for the 2024 price (Browning raised the price on their website)
Ordered online - called asking for shipping details due to being gone the last week of January - customer service helped rearrange the shipping date from their facility to ensure I'd be home to receive it. Delivery was flawless from Old Dominion as well - Would order another safe from this company.

We found two safes online that we called about ordering. Simon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the safes and answered our questions thoroughly. For purchase, we were sent a secure link-seamless process. We had tracking the next day. I highly recommend and we will be repeat customers. Total garbage don’t buy I bought the kwickstrke safe for my truck product has been delivered to me and it is defective does not work or engage like shown on sites video asked not to mention that I received it damaged so I requested a refund and a return label and they proceeded to tell me that there’s a 20% restocking fee and they charged me for shipping fee to both incoming and outgoing shipment so product is $299.99 total amount and the refund me $216.86 almost $90.00 dollars for buy a defective item not to mention it was sent back might as well took a $100 dollar bill and flushed down the toilet DONT BUY BEWARE OF SAFE AN VAULT STORE

Customer service and tech support was great. Answered my question if a s&w 500 8 1/2” barrel will fit. They said yes, and it does fit. Easy to install. I bought 2 sets.
