This company headed up by Janessa…

This company headed up by Janessa Garcia appears to have completely scammed me out of my investment. Her and her office (if in fact an office) have gone completely dark. I have yet to receive my April income and they no longer take or return calls or emails as of May 1st. Absolutely disappointing to say the least.

Same Same Passive-Income Trucking Scam, New Name New Game

New Name & Hijacked Credibility —
Insider WarningBody:
I regretably worked at JS7 Management LLC (Joshua Smith’s company) for a short time. I personally know of staff transfer over to the new operation: S7EVEN LLC / s7evenglobal.com. Joshua Smith was deeply involved in Morbex Automation (the one the SEC sued in 2025), then JS7, and now this is the exact same model under S7EVEN. The pitch is identical: “hands-off” trucks, $6k–$10k+ monthly passive profit, big guarantees, automation, major contracts. S7EVEN is too new for complaints to pile up yet, but they spent $15k buying out a trucking distribution company and are hijacking its credibility (operating under Clement Transport LLC authority even though it’s presented as a “sister company”). Janessa Garcia was involved at JS7 and is Joshua Smith’s girlfriend/common-law wife/partner. Mike Sobel (Executive Director at S7EVEN, LinkedIn @mike7sobel
) has a family member from the old crew now working there maybe for guidance — another direct carry-over from the old crew. Public records (Florida Sunbiz, FMCSA) still list S7EVEN under Janessa Garcia alone with no visible tie to Smith… but my personal experiance (she was running JS7 while Joshua was in Jail for a drug charge. The “7” branding (JS7 → S7EVEN + mike7sobel), identical guarantees, timing (right after the SEC suit), staff transfers, and buyout tell the real story. JS7 still has an A+ BBB rating hiding the federal case. If you’re being pitched this RUN. Disclosure: Based on my direct experience + public records. Joshua has still has not paid former employes and rumor has it that new trucks are 30 days behind the 60 window at this time for S7even Global.
