Absolutely the best customer service.
They have the lowest prices for shipping to Saudi Arabia via DHL and FedEx Economy, and when I asked for help when the shipping price was too high than expected they even added on a discount for me. I was very thankful.
Communication is the key with any company so always ask questions and dont be afraid to contact customer service they are super sweet and very helpful.:)

Artist SCAMMERS, highest prices in the industry, pay for insurance then get no insurance when you lose your shipment!!! What a joke.

Over priced for perfume shipment not matters what’s your shipment weight they’ll charge you $149 for perfumes :/ and if you ask to forward it to another mail forwarder they’ll charge $24 and you don’t have options

They change value which I set in shipment, and that cost me to pay 76.63$ for company that shipped my shipment without right and that’s unfairness. And I already I have paid to shipping my shipment, but they ship it after 11 days . Service customer are bad also . Last thing their prices for shipping is very high.

-I wanted 3 items to be delivered to my international address. 2 of them were oxygen measuring devices (pulse oximeters) which I got from eBay, & the 3rd item was an iPhone which my friend fixed for me & was returning back to me. The items together weigh 0.9lb.
-I wanted these items to be shipped to an address in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia (at the time of shipment), used to charge a 5% fee of the gross value of items entering the country which it considers as "Value Added Tax". In addition, it charges a customs fee of 5-8% depending on the category of the item only if the total value of the shipment exceeds $267.
-Ship4Less asked me to declare the value of items. I declared that the iPhone value was $250 & the oxygen measuring devices are $28 ($14 each). The total value is hence $278. Given the total value, I was charged $16 (Value Added Tax), & $20.8 (Customs duty)
-Given that my order was 1lb, the rate was $13 to ship via Aramex. $13 (shipping fee) + $2 for fragile stickers + $14 (5% Value Added Tax) + $20.8 (Customs duty), my subtotal became $49.8. I used a discount code & got a $4.78 discount and & so the net total I ended up paying became $45.02
-The $45.02 should've been the only amount that I pay (it was all inclusive)
-The company then decided to change the shipment method to FedEx economy without prior notice.
-When the shipment arrived, FedEx asked me to pay the Value Added Tax because it was not prepaid (although Ship4Less already charged me for it). At that time the VAT was increased to 15%, but regardless I paid it on the total value that they declared because they didn’t pay anything in advance like they promised and used to charge me
-The biggest surprise was that Ship4Less lied on the customs declaration & declared $119.93 only meaning that I shouldn't have paid them a customs fee (items less than $267). So not only did they overcharge me on Value added tax which they didn't pay, but they made me pay an unnecessary customs fee. (They fraudulently charged me $30.02 extra ($45.02-$15 shipping fee and fragile stickers). I ended up paying the fees twice!
-The company has not been responding to emails.

The other issue is that it took over 20 days for them to process the shipment and to forward it to me

In the end if my friend used fedex to ship the items to me I would've saved time and money making their service useless
