We had out shutters installed back in 2021 and the quality and workmanship is fantastic.
Due to an accident at home they were damaged in 2024. S-Craft and in particular Sam were a fantastic help in sourcing replacement parts and arranging them to be repaired.

The customer service throughout was 2nd to none. I would highly recommend using S:Craft to anyone and we will use them again in the future without hesitation

From the initial meeting with Nigel we were really impressed by the knowledge and experience demonstrated. No pressure just good advice and help. The quotation was both prompt and competitive. Although I have only been using S - Craft for 2 years. The care and service I have received is second to none. The people in the office answering phone calls are always there to help me with any questions and my business development manager is only a phone call away.

The whole team are great, from the sales & marketing teams to the technical department. They are efficient and helpful when we have queries. We have had support on site visits and their knowledge is the best in the industry. They have a very wide range of products from engineered wood, hardwood and metal security shutters. They are also very competitively priced and their quality is the best we have used.
We have used them for about 8 years and would not go anywhere else.

Been using S-Craft for 7 years, have tried other companies for comparison during this time and none come close, their product quality is far better! Never get any issues or call backs due to product. Ordering platform is good (could use a little work). Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Had S:CRAFT Fiji Shutters in my home for 12yrs now, still look as good as the day they were installed, they are in the bedroom, and work wonders at night to minimise the summer nights, neighbours still comment on them , love them

S-Craft have been supplying us with shutters for over 6 months and we are extremely impressed with the company. We have never had any issues with quality (unlike previous suppliers), the standard is very consistent and excellent. When we need to make contact either by phone or email, we receive a prompt, courteous and helpful response.
