Rydal - Stefan T

Rydal is my company's IT service provider, as such I have been having regular communications with Stefan for the greater part of this year. He is quick to respond, always happy, and eager to help even if its an issue he's never faced before. I can also safely say that Stefan has been able to resolve every single one of my issues. I have complete faith in Stefan's abilities and genuinely enjoy getting to work with him!

Dipali - 8th Wonder of the World!

Dipali at Rydal is without a shadow of a doubt one of the greatest we have ever worked with, absolutely nothing too big or too small for Dipali to sort and always willing to go above and beyond. Rydal and Stefan Tirone

I have been using desktop or laptop computers since 1982, always with professional IT support. I have throughout had what I would call good support (because I could and did change support when otherwise), sometimes even excellent support. The support I have had from Stefan Tirone now at Rydal, over a range of issues including completely renewing my systems, has been at the very highest level - he is quick, well-informed, strongly client-oriented in his understanding of what is needed, and highly personable. I couldn't ask for - and never expect to get - better support.

Dipali recently helped me switch provider and implement eSim's across this business. The service was amazing and help was on hand to everyone if and when needed. This was a huge project for us, 3 years in the making and it could not have gone better.
The cherry on the cake was Ash was able to save us money too! Thank you!

Great service and help

Great service and help from the Rydal team but in particular Holly who sorted out our new phone contracts and then also Dipali who assisted us thereafter to set it all up. Clear and efficient support, always prompt to answer calls and emails and very pleasant/polite to deal with. We had an issue getting PAC codes from our old provider (which was very frustrating) and Dipali helped sort this snag out for us with ease. Many thanks

superb service and solution given by rydal

With the help of Holly Wilkinson, she helped us as we were miss-lead by a third party. Also, if you need her, she will help to the best of her ability. I appreciate the high-quality customer service and solution to our niche crisis. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We were sold a product that failed to work, it took them 3 months to sort the issue, costing us downtime. Their 5 yr autorenewal contract was not indicated at the beginning of the contract. Their managers refuse to get involved when requested and their customer service 'need training', their rudeness is beyond belief. I dont know how they continue to trade!
