When you are looking to buy an EV Porsche and it's 4.5 hours away on a train - you need to hope that the guys selling are honest and trustworthy.
My experience has been superb. The car was exactly as described, the transaction was smooth and well managed.
As with all things, you only see the measure of a company when there's any issue, and my (minor one - cable issue) was sorted quickly and I was kept informed.

I bought my Nissan Juke from George this morning. Stewart was very friendly and knew his stuff! Couldn’t ask for an easier process. Recommend Stewart and RW Cars to anyone.

Initial impression was good, but after purchasing a car it was only worst. Difficult to get hold of the person that sold me the car. Also, two months after I purchased the car I'm still waiting for the Logbook (DVLA website shows that there was no register keeper change). I can't register my car in my Tesla account and can't use superchargers. Very disappointed and stressful.

I initially had some concerns regarding my purchase experience, particularly surrounding the additional warranty, which I later discovered I would not have purchased had I been aware that the vehicle still had a substantial amount of the original Nissan manufacturer's warranty remaining. I also found that the vehicle was missing the repair kit at the time of collection.

However, I am pleased to say that RW Cars listened to my concerns and resolved the issues professionally.

I appreciate the efforts made to put things right and would like to apologise for my earlier review, which reflected my frustration at the time. While my initial experience was disappointing, I believe it is only fair to acknowledge the excellent after-sales support I have since received.

Most importantly, I am delighted with my 2024 Nissan Qashqai e-POWER, which is an excellent vehicle. Thank you to the team at RW Cars for ultimately resolving my concerns and ensuring a satisfactory outcome.

I recently bought a car from RW Cars and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout the process. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales tactics, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

The car was presented in immaculate condition and was exactly as described. Unfortunately, a fault developed after the purchase, but when I contacted RW Cars they dealt with the issue straight away and covered the full cost of the repairs without any hassle.
