Plain and simple it was a great experience
From start to finish the whole experience was a breeze,the salesman Harry answered all my questions with great knowledge of the car manufacturer I was purchasing, it was a pleasure to do business with you and your an asset to RW, as for the car it is better than photos and you were right it sounds great and a lot quicker than I thought it was going to be and I thought it would be quicker, it’s definitely a head turner, thank you for everything and that’s why I travelled 45miles to buy from you, definitely recommend

I had an excellent experience with RW Cars, and George was outstanding from start to finish.
He was responsive to my initial enquiry and remained helpful, transparent, and communicative throughout the entire process. George is a genuinely nice guy who made buying the car a smooth and enjoyable experience.
The handover was excellent. Even though he was clearly busy and under pressure, he took the time to make sure everything was covered and never made me feel like I was a burden. His professionalism and customer service really stood out.
There was a small issue with the vehicle when I collected it, but George dealt with it immediately. There was no quibbling or hesitation - he acknowledged the problem, took responsibility, and resolved it straight away without causing me any inconvenience.
I travelled a long way to buy the car, and it was absolutely worth the trip. I'm really pleased with the Volkswagen Tiguan I purchased, which was priced extremely competitively and represents fantastic value.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from RW Cars again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Thanks again, George!

Just purchased Seat Ateca from RW Cars. Mark was my contact he was just wonderful, patient and no hard sell which made my purchase so easy. He gave me space to look around vehicles at my own pace. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he ensured everything was ready on collection day. Stewart was one amazing staff who helped me with buying the care. The patience and guide and the car I got is absolutely fantastic. Thank you Stewrt.
The car itself is a banger. Meaning I loved it so much. A thrill to drive and its just too awesome. My first car after 10 whole years. The only downside to the car is that it doesnt have the back storage as in putting for example drink holders also the boot doesnt automatically close properly you would need to apply force to close it. But I will come back to yourselves or to our mechanic and get that checked.

Rw cars is a nice place with good staff
Rw cars is a nice place to get a car. Environment is good, cars were clean. Steward who attended to me, was incredibly helpful, patient and explained every detail we needed and answered our questions.
