my son recently saved up $800 to buy a basketball ring. Only for the base to leak out all of the water and smash the ring and break parts. Spalding / Russel will not return my emails / complaint one week on. blaming covid on their website, for not being able to answer the phones!!!? pretty bad customer service, very disappointed
