I have bought 2 very expensive books that did not arrive. and he does not answer when I ask until them.

Yeah, looking at his photos it seems he has some talent, vision and contracts with beautiful Ukrainian models, but... It seems he has some serious management problems or even personality disorders.

I ordered 2 expensive books from him in early February. He promised to send them in March. It is September already and I didn't get them.
Artist was quite responsive when I was initiating an order and organizing a payment but after the payment was made he disappeared. I emailed him 5 times. He doesn't respond... I even began thinking he was dead because he is Ukrainian and war in Ukraine, but no.. He was active in Twitter.. Then I emailed him from different account with different name about another possible new order and you know what? He replied almost instantly!!!

Guys, don't fall for his talent.. Yeah, he knows how to arrange beautiful photos, he knows where to find models, but as a seller (or even as a person?) it seems he is terrible.

Out of all many orders from other artists, Ebay/amazon sellers, experience with Ruslan Lobanov was the worst. It is is even mind-boggling how quite a famous person could fall so low.

I wish I get my order and I can change my review, but it is what it is at this moment.

Eventually one book arrived, but I didn't get a refund for the other one :) Don't make my mistake, don't trust this artist. If you really need his books, maybe try searching them in auctions. You'll have more luck than buying from him directly.

Ordered my books and got them, while the country is under attack. Impressive.
Minor issue was that his communication on the delay always changed, making me doubt.
But they got delivered, signed and numbered.

Very bad experience

I ordered via website contact, I trusted them, paid 210€ for a book... that I never received !!!
No news from their side, no answer to my dozens of emails !!!
I think it's a scam.

Seems to be scam or the artist himself is not trustworthy. In early February I ordered 2 books via his website/his e-mail address. The books have to date not arrived here in Germany and he hasn't replied to any of my last 4 e-mails! Hands off!!!
