Easy ordering, fast shipping, and great customer service. Previously I had an Atlas 2.0 Crimson, and I just retired that one and bought the Eox 2.0 😊 Everything great! The only thing I would change is that the liner can be change much easier. The flaps on the side panels driving me crazy, to put them in place 😅 Would be nice, for the next generations made easier to install the liners. Every other aspect the helmet is a masterpiece!

Should have stuck with the AT 4.0
This is my 2nd motorcycle helmet from Ruroc, my 1st was the AT4.0, this time around I went with the EOX 2.0. The PROS are it looks great I love the glossy carbon finish. It fits perfectly and is comfortable, the Shockwave is way louder than the one I got 4+ yrs ago with my AT4.0. Now for in my opinion the CONS to me it is not as quiet as my AT 4.0 even though they say it is, the visor will not stay up while riding and it "to me" has a higher drag coefficient as it strains my neck muscles. Maybe this helmet was not designed for sportbike riding. Just my two cents worth. But it sucks that it is not returnable if it has "road use" because there is no way to know how it'll behave while riding unless you ride with it on.

Absurd customer experience
I've ordered from Ruroc before in 2023. Helmet arrived, was smaller than expected despite using the size guide, returned it, received bigger one. No problems whatsoever - thanks Madeleine from Customer Service. Ordered two more helmets, right size this time from the start, great experience. Have been using these 3 helmets myself together with my wife and my brother. They are great. So why the 1 star?
Recently ordered a new RG2 because I wanted to support the company and also they had a great 50% off. As usual, measured my head just to be safe (the measuring guide is 100% wrong, if it gives you a size, order a size bigger to be safe) using their size guide. Ordered a helmet, too small again. Not to worry, they have a great return policy. Used the usual policy, but a larger size was missing due to a technical bug or maybe out of stock. Filed for a return for the same size and left a note with the return that I need a bigger size not what it shows on the system. Immediately opened a customer service ticket as well just to be safe as a 2nd step telling them what has happened. Neither note or customer service ticket have been answered or read. Get a response today after chasing that the same size has been already sent. Meaning they've neither checked the note or the customer ticket. Talk to a customer representative that tells me I can't get a bigger size and that they will just process a refund. I am saying I am happy to wait for a bigger one once it's in stock and that I am in no rush. Customer Representative tells me they can't and I can just reorder once big sizes are in. I say but that means I am going to lose the 50% off. Customer Representative says sorry, it's just the way it is. I said okay in that case, I will just return the wrong replacement and get a refund.
I tried pointing out that this is not good for Ruroc because I am happy to wait despite the error but the customer representative is not having it. Why? It's not actually good for your company - you get to keep my money by sending me a resize down the line and a happy customer. Instead you are actually incentivizing me to just get a refund and take the money out of your company and not order again. The customer rep also asked me to leave a trust pilot review. Now I will just leave this review and get a refund and not purchase again. What an illogical process that actually damages your company especially when the customer is happy to just wait and get the right size and you get to keep their money.
PS. Madeleine is great from the customer service team. Wish my request went to her again because she is actually always able to sort out any problems. Please give this woman a raise and ask her to retrain your customer service and fix an illogical process that actually damages your company.

Complete disappointment. It feels like the company does whatever it wants instead of what the customer needs. They send the wrong items, the service is very плохой, and they barely respond to complaints. With this kind of approach, they simply don’t respect their customers.

Damaged parts and shipping issues with replacements.
Shockwave was sent out damaged. I am grateful for the replacement but the shipping has been delayed. I am not sure why the helmet was sent by FedEx but the replacement shockwave was sent through Amazon. Amazon constantly has delays and doesn't give updates due to not being able to track if you "own" the shipment.

I am proud to say that I just received my RuRoc helmet today, earlier than expected. I am extremely pleased with the fit, and how amazing it looks. I actually had that "wow" feeling while taking it out of the included helmet bag. I'm also very impressed with the engineering and safety of the helmet as well. Madeleine with customer service was very helpful. I would recommend to all my fellow riders to check out RuRoc!
