I bought this after my sister raved about their connectors. I received it quickly and looked good quality but as I have a narrow garden and needed the run next to the hutch the tube would not bend enough to connect. (in the end got my tunnel system from Omlet as they sell bends)

emailed them and they asked if they could help at all and said I could return which I did. But I had to pay the £20 to return that massive box (tbf I did choose to go through parcel force so I got proof of delivery) but it took them 2 months to refund me! I emailed multiple times with no response and in the end phoned them every morning for 3 days straight to chase this refund. eventually got it in full but still really bad experience.

I was concerned as not many reviews, but need not have been. I was really surprised as my order came next day and I was kept informed every step. Really happy with the product, so are the ferrets!. Thank you.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but feel like I must for runaround as their products and services have been so good. Runaround have provided me with many excellent quality products, which have lasted for many years. I’ve found them to be good at communicating via email. They have been extra helpful, providing solutions when they don’t have an “off the shell solution”.

Great product, really good quality, my two mini lops absolutely love their new tunnel and so far have not managed to nibble it. They can destroy a cheap plastic tunnel in about 10 minutes but have not managed a scratch on their dart and dive!!! It is in their run all the time, and when they are out in the garden they add it into their running route. Hours of fun.

Communication with Runaround very good, used chat on the website to make a request after I placed my order and response was quick and my request actioned.

Will definitely order more items!

Problem with an order. Customer service was shocking. Couldn't believe how unhelpful they were. Would not recommend

Purchased items on their website. When they arrived realised they were the wrong items, descriptions didn't match what I purchased. I sent photos of what I received to Caroline.
To my horror Caroline completely denied any issue. Said I could return the items and if they arrived okay shed refund me (consumers are not liable for any transport damage), I took photos so I could "protect" myself. Thankfully the items arrived fine but we only got a partial refund. So no, I would not recommend Runaround. They will mislead you into buying products and you will lose out.

@rabbitrunaround Terrible experience. Were sent wrong sizes of everything, told we were wrong despite having clear evidence and then forced to pay postage else we wouldn't get a refund. Won't be using again.

Fantastic company selling quality products. You certainly get what you pay for and my bunnies are worth every penny I have spent at Runaround. Caroline was great at giving advice on what was best to buy and I am certainly looking forward to adding to my collection in the future.

Runaround is an excellent company selling quality runs and connections for bunnies (and other small animals). I have ordered from them 3 times, and am more than happy. I live in Germany and my last order was very shortly after Brexit. I contacted Caroline after my order was delayed in customs and she sorted everything out in a very friendly and professional way. I'm a happy customer with happy bunnies!

This is my second order from Runaround and it was brilliant as ever. I am so pleased with my tunnels and so are my rabbits! The set ups are on the pricier side but you most definitely pay for quality. The customer service was brilliant as usual, I emailed Caroline with a few queries and I got a speedy response. Caroline even sent me a replacement item from an old order when mine had broken which was exceptional customer service. Thanks again Runaround :-)

Excellent website, very informative. Easy to order, goods arrived quickly snd very good quality. I had a bespoke run and separate hutch that my dad had built, and I wanted to link the two together. We bought the 6” burrow pipe and 2 pipe clamps, one for each end. It took minutes to adapt and fit. I now have 2 happy bunnies who don’t need to be constantly picked up!

Runaround went out of their way to make a bespoke version of one of their rabbit runs to accommodate my disability. They were extremely helpful and offered lots of suggestions with the emphasis on what I wanted. I have had their products before and have always been pleased but this time the speed of their delivery really impressed me. The way the products are designed shows that they care for both the physical and mental health of rabbits of all sizes.

This is a lovely company specialising in small animal tunnels and runs. You can tell they know their stuff and really care about animal welfare. Their customer services are quick, friendly and very efficient too.
