Viaje en el tiempo con RUMBO !!
I reserved a flight through Rumbo-Last Minute BKK-Trang, October 1st and back October 6th. One day before departure, Rumbo sends me an email noticing a change in my flight to Trang. They delayed my departure to October 23rd !!!!!!!! So, I had a flight to Trang on October 23rd and back to Bangkok on October 6th ! I did not know that you can travel to the past with those companies. I had to cancel the flight and reserve a new departure on October 6th directly with NOK. The result was ... a double reservation on October 6th !! After complaining, Rumbo said that Nok will not refund the flight because they treat this issue as a MINOR DELAY !!!! My advise, don`t book NOK and stay away from RUMBO !

The reservation at the accomodation was…
The reservation at the accomodation was not valid and I was not able to cancel the reservation through rumbo, I was not able to contact anybody about my reservation to discuss the issue, the hotel owner said the reservation did not go through on his end so i have had to cancel the payment through my credit card.

easy to buy the ticket
easy to buy the ticket, prices are guaranteed, however the only thing if that the discount in full can only be used with a Mastercard buy option, which is quite expensive, therefore this isn't a true discount.

Tariff and charged are not clear and transparent. Price of the flight: 119+11 eur charged 178 eur... or perhaps they are just bad at math? :-)

not trustable Company
I made a reservation on this website and after the cancelation ( according to the website was free until 30 th july 2024) they only refund me in 259,12€ of the 721€ that i paid.
I call their service desk and they are charging me for the discounts and vouchers they gave me for this purchase.
I did not reddem any voucher or ask for a discount.
Why are they charge me for something they offered?
