Poor quality items stuffed in a grotty…

Poor quality items stuffed in a grotty plastic bag - hardly beautifully packaged. Returns ( not pre paid) to China ( not Manchester) or 40% refund. A scam with an apparent shop front in the UK . To be avoided.

I ordered a jacket from this company on…

I ordered a jacket from this company on the 27th march 2025. I ordered size medium. When it arrived without a size label it looked liked a childs jacket. My grandaughter who is size small tried it on and it was extremely small on her. I contacted the company with photo evidence and they offered me a 50% refund or i could send it back to china at my expence. I accepted the 50% refund but still waiting weeks later to recieve it. When i have contacted them through e-mail all i get is, its being processed and will be in my bank account in the next few days, which never happens. I would advise people not to order from this company unless you have money to waste as this is the case here. How can this company improve? They could start by delivering clothes of the correct size and refund customers money. I think it is one big scam.

I placed an order for a number of items of jewellery that was delivered quickly & packaged beautifully. The jewellery is stunning & very good quality.
I would definitely recommend Ruby & Rose England and will certainly be purchasing again in the future.
