Slow shipping, damaged goods!
I ordered a Festool router at Rubart. It was a new model, so it took a while before it got shipped.
After it got shipped, it took more than a week to get to my house. Which is insane, packages from Germany usually take 2-3 days max.
The package was damaged, because of poor packaging. All Rubart offered was a 13 euro cashback for the damage, on a 800+ euro router! If I wanted to return it I had to pay for my own shipping, and it would take another week to get there.
I take great pride in my tools, and have a lot of expensive Festool tools. Now I have a very expensive damaged router. Please order somewhere else, I have never had this issues with a webshop before.

Don't waste your time on this company
Don't waste your time on this company. I placed and order in the beginning of july, they kept pushing the delivery date, a couple of days ago i recieved an email stating the they expected the goods in the end of august. I wrote them that i wanted to cancel my order, and they send the money back, but in the meantime the exchange rate for euros has changed, so i end up losing money about 10 euros, for something i never recieved. So as said, dont bother with this company.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
We didn't push the delivery time, we have only given you updates on when the pre-order good will be available again.
Unfortunately we can't change anything about the exchange rate. This is not our decision.

Tremendous value with a huge catalogue of tools on their website. For Festool, and I suspect some others, they're by far more competitively priced that sautershop.de who are another reliable vendor. The tools were packaged well and arrived within an reasonable period of time. I'm docking 1 start because their website shopping cart and payment process feels like it's 20 years old. Once you sign up, you cannot change your address on your account whether you make a typo or move business. You can do so when buying but that's far from ideal. That said, this is a minor criticism and I'll be using Rubart as my primary power tool supplier in future therefore highly recommended.
